The LPDC does not help find activities for you. We basically just review your goals, activities and evidence to see that they follow the guidelines in the LPDC manual. We help you add up your CEUs so that you know you are on track over the 5 years. We do not have anything to do with In-Service day or with school budget for Professional Development.
Also consider whether you have been to a conference in awhile – it recharges batteries to get outside the school and connect with others. However, the most important thing to consider is whether you are addressing your students’ needs…..
