Placing your first order:
There are several options available for creating your first order!
+ Call with a credit card number (this will be automated soon)
+ Pay by check, if you scan the check and send us a copy we will
credit your account the same day!
+ Pay by Purchase Order, again, once you send us a copy of the P.O.
we will fund your account the same day
14. Step 11 – Keeping Track of Your Available Balance
The system administrator can track the remaining balance by looking
at the progress bar in the “Account Status” section. It will always show
real-time balance percentage, total balance purchased and remaining
amount available.
15. Please note: You will never be in a position where you cannot conduct interviews, ever! If
your funding runs out you can still deliver the chosen assessment but in order to review the
data you will need to recharge your account. As you can see from the below screen capture
the first 4 assessment give you the option of viewing the data in HTML or PDF. For those that
are conducted after your funding has expired an “exclamation point” shows up next to the
results.
Contact your system administrator and we can typically resolve this in a matter of a few
hours and NO DATA will ever be lost.
