Osebor Joel
Chief Executive Officer
Joel is passionate about the development of system thinking in organization,
development of staff to deliver the outcomes of the systems and inspiring growth
and stability in emerging markets (especially in Nigeria and Africa).
He has over ten (10) years work experience in accounts & finance, operations,
administration, procurements and business development. He had his work
experience with Pacific Group (Holdings & Mortgage institution); joined Lucratel
Limited as the company’s accountant overseeing telecommunication projects
worth over NGN 1billion for Vmobile, Agip, Starcomms, and LM Ericsson. He also
worked with Brolaz Projects (Pty), a South African telecommunication company
as operations controller. He worked briefly with Parkland Properties Limited and
Acute Designers Limited as Business Development Manager and General
Manager, Contracts & Admin respectively.
He is a facilitator with Skye Bank Plc/Estrategia Consulting on outdoor-team
building programme. A graduate of Ambrose Alli University, member of Project

Offia Enyichukwu

Enyichukwu is a seasoned educators and facilitator in Business Ethics,

Lawal Boladale
Financial Consultant
Bola is a graduate of Accounting from Federal Polytechnic, Ede, Osun State. He
has over five (5) years working experience as an auditor, instructor and
consultant.
He had his work experiences with Tunde Adaramaja & Co as Head Accountancy
& Audit where audited over 30 companies in Telecoms, Insurance, Oil & Gas,
Hospitality sectors and finance sectors.
He is an Associate member of The Nigeria Institute of Management and a
qualified member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
Oluyemisi Joel-Osebor
Director – Non Executive
Yemisi is development economist and Gender Specialist. Her wealth of
experience spans over twelve (12) years in entrepreneurship development,
human resources, business management, Investment Climate, community
policing, international project managment and development issues. She had her
working experience with STEP, British Council and Nigeria Investment Promotion
Council World Bank project for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.
She has attended several courses overseas – Thailand, India, Italy, The UK,
Switzerland etc. She is an internationally certified consultant with CEFE
She is an alumnus of Ogun State University, a post graduate degree from The
University of Lagos and currently The University of Jyvaskyla, Finland,
International Labour Organization (ILO). She is a Monitoring & Evaluation
specialist with the World Bank/MSME Project based in Abuja and a Consultant
on DFID funded project - GEMS. She is serves on the board of a fast growing
NGO in Lagos and Abuja.

Business Executive
Makinde is a strategic thinker with nitche for generating business ideas and
stability of organizations’ systems and processes. He has over three years
experience in the consulting industry, with a major interest in management and
entrepreneurship
He is a graduate of Electronic and Computer Engineering from the Lagos State
University Epe campus, and currently pursuing an Masters course at Pan African
University (Lagos Business School)
Esene Edward
He is a serial entrepreneur and a DBS Consultant. He worked last as the
Business Development Manager (enterprise & strategy) in a Venture Capital firm,
BIGPLUS Group, where he mentored and groomed several start-up
entrepreneurs through the famous Ideas Nigeria Campaign

he was exposed to Advertising, PR, Branding & Conceptualization.
He lectures part-time at All-over Polythenic, Sango-Ota, and he is a trainer to
CMD, EDC, PLUS BUSINESS ACADEMY among others. He holds a first degree
in Geology and several other certifications in training, sales, project
management, business development, leadership and the 10-day MBA.
His core competences are training, strategy, product development and research
