What is  Mentoring?
Mentoring is a structured and trusting relationship that brings young people together with caring individuals who offer guidance, support and encouragement aimed at developing the competence and character of the mentee. It helps us to Consciously Midwife God’s Purpose and Design  as it evolves around us  What Role am I playing TODAY that will be meaningful for someone many Years down the road?

What Mentoring Does… It helps us to Reach Out to The Future and contribute to its Shape  How Shall it Be in …..Years It helps focus a Generational Stand for Scriptural Integrity What will Govern Community Engagement in …. Years?  It helps us to Consciously Midwife God’s Purpose and Design  as it evolves around us  How Optimized would the Years that we have had Been?

Mentoring Need in RCCGNA  60+ % of the Members are in under 30 Years Age Range  Less than 10 % of Leadership are in <30 Years Age
Mentoring Need in RCCGNA  Nearly 99%  of RCCGNA  Leaders are Transplants from Africa There is a need to develop a Feeder System For Leadership beyond the Supply from Africa There is a need to respond to Cultural Conflicts and Tensions imposed by differences in the lived context of  old and new generation There is a need to Develop a Rapid System of releasing New Leaders to address the massive growth of RCCGNA
RCCGNA Needs Mentoring to Address these Issues
