The Bible prophesies that a peace
agreement will be signed between Is-
raelis and Palestinians. It foretells that

don and the Second Coming of Jesus to
earth. When this happens, it will be the
greatest prophetic fulfillment in the
last 2,000 years. What will people on
earth be doing 49 days before the Final
Seven Years to Armageddon begins?
Noah
We don’t have to speculate about
what it was like 49 days before the
flood. Scripture actually tells us what
was going on.
Matthew 24:38-39 describes the
societal conditions right up until the
day of the flood: “For as in the days
that were before the flood they were
eating and drinking, marrying and
giving in marriage, until the day that
Noah entered into the ark, And knew
not until the flood came, and took
them all away.”
It was simply business as usual.
As the human race approached this
unprecedented apocalyptic tragedy,
they were blissfully unaware of their
impending doom.
Sodom
We have the written record of
what was on the minds of the men
of Sodom a mere twenty-four hours
before they were engulfed with the
molten lava that brought about their
extinction.
When the men of Sodom heard
there were two new men in town, they
were determined to force them to
engage in the perverted sexual activity
that had become the norm in Sodom.
The men of Sodom banged on Lot’s
door demanding that the two men,
who were actually angels in human
form, be brought out so that they could
vent their unbridled lust upon them.
Think of it! Twenty-four hours before
their final judgment and the end of
their lives, all that the men of Sodom
were worried about was satisfying their
perverted desires!
49 Days Before April 29, 2014
As I write this article, we are 49
days away from the deadline set by
President Obama and US Secretary of
State John Kerry for the signing of a
peace agreement in the Middle East.
The Bible prophesies that the sign-
ing of this agreement will mark the
beginning of the Final Seven Years to
Armageddon and the Second Coming
of Jesus to the earth.
If this historic event happens on
April 29, it will be the greatest prophet-
ic fulfillment in the last 2,000 years!
It doesn’t seem like we are
approaching one of the greatest cross-
roads of all history, does it? Our shop-
ping malls are full. Our restaurants are
overflowing. The daily talk shows are
filled with endless chatter about the
latest sporting events and the upcom-
ing rivalries.
So, if the greatest prophetic event
in 2,000 years happens on April 29,
what will our reaction be? O yes, it will
fill the news for a few days. Some will
argue that we have just seen the great-
est diplomatic achievement of our time
and that John Kerry should certainly
be awarded the Nobel Peace Prize.
But, what should each individual’s
reaction be? Shouldn’t this event ignite
a worldwide spiritual awakening?
Shouldn’t people be seeking God as
never before? Shouldn’t those already
saved launch the greatest effort toward
world evangelism that has ever
taken place?
Are we actually 49 days away
from an agreement that will change
the world forever? By the next edi-
tion of Endtime magazine, we will
know whether this pivotal prophecy
has come to pass or whether it’s been
delayed for a while.

The Teaching of the 4 Blood Moons
The teaching of the four blood
moons has recently captivated the
attention of the religious world. This
teaching states that, when four con-
secutive blood moons fall on Jewish
feast days, a major event affecting the
Jewish people will occur in close prox-
imity to that time.
This phenomenon of four con-
secutive blood moons coinciding with
Jewish feast days has only occurred ten
times since 1 AD and only three times
since 1492 AD. The three times since
1492 are as follows:
Tetrad of 1493-1494
Tetrad of 1949-1950
Tetrad of 1967-1968
Major events affecting the Jewish
people have occurred in close proxim-
ity to all three of these tetrads.
The Spanish Inquisition Took Place
in 1492 Just Before the Tetrad of
1493-1494
In 1492, King Ferdinand and
Queen Isabella of Spain gave the Jew-
ish population a mere four months
to convert to Catholicism or leave the
country. It is estimated that between
165,000 and 400,000 Jews fled the
country at this time. As many as
50,000 decided to stay, converting to
Roman Catholicism.
The Spanish Inquisition sought
to punish Jews who had converted to
Christianity but were not really “sin-
cere” in their conversions. Torture
was used to elicit confessions from
these “false converts”. After confess-
ing, many of them were then burned
at the stake.
The Inquisition was cruel beyond
belief. First you tell people they have to
convert or die. When they do convert,
you place them under severe torture to
test the sincerity of their conversions.
Once they confess under duress, then
you burn them at the stake because
they are not true Catholics. These are
the types of inhumane horrors that
were inflicted upon thousands of Jews
during the Spanish Inquisition.
Was Christopher Columbus Jewish?
Many historians now believe that
Christopher Columbus was secretly
Jewish. They believe his voyage to the
west in 1492 was his way of escaping
the Spanish Inquisition of that year
and therefore resulted in his discovery
of America.
In Simon Weisenthal’s book, “Sails
of Hope”, he argues that Columbus’
voyage was motivated by a desire to
find a safe haven for the Jews in light
of their expulsion from Spain.
The studies of Carol Delaney of
Stanford University led her to believe
that Columbus was a deeply religious
man whose purpose was to sail to Asia
to obtain gold in order to finance a
crusade to take back Jerusalem and
rebuild the Jews’ holy temple.
Columbus’ voyage was not, as
is commonly believed, funded by the
deep pockets of Queen Isabella, but
rather by two Jews who converted to
Catholicism to avoid death. Louis de
Santangel and Gabriel Sanchez ad-
vanced an interest free loan of 17,000
ducats from their own pockets to help
pay for the voyage. Another prominent
Jew, Don Isaac Abrabanel, who was
a rabbi and Jewish statesman, also
donated towards the voyages of Chris-
topher Columbus.
Is it any surprise that the United
States has the largest Jewish popula-
tion on earth, standing at 6.6 million?
Israel presently has 6.1 million Jews
living within her borders.
The Nation of Israel Reborn on
May 14, 1948 Just Before the
Tetrad of 1949-1950
After the destruction of Jerusalem
by the Romans in 70 AD, Jews were
driven into exile. For the next 1,878
years, the Jewish people were sifted
through the nations of the earth. Yet,
they retained their identity.
After Hitler’s horrible holocaust
during World War II, the Jews were
finally granted a homeland by the na-
tions of the world. On May 14, 1948,
the modern state of Israel was born.
The City of Jerusalem was Reunited
During Tetrad of 1967-1968
God said many times in the Old
Testament that He would place His
name in Jerusalem. During their
2,000 years of exile, the Jewish people
turned their faces toward Jerusalem
three times each day praying for the
restoration of Jerusalem and the re-
building of their temple. On June 7,
1967 the Jordanians launched an attack
against Israel and west Jerusalem.
Israel counter-attacked driving Jordan
out of east Jerusalem, out of Judea-
Samaria, and back into its own land
across the Jordan River. Jerusalem was
undivided and under Jewish control
for the first time since the destruction
of Jerusalem by the Romans in 70 AD.
Three Tetrads on Feast Days =
Major Jewish Events
The only three tetrads matching
feast days in the last 500 years have
all fallen remarkably close to major
events in Jewish history as we have
just explained. Now, it’s about to happen
for a fourth time!
Four Blood Moons Just Ahead
Four blood moons on Jewish feast
days are getting ready to appear for
the fourth time in the last 500 years.
According to NASA, they will occur on:
April 15, 2014 – Passover
October 8, 2014 – Feast of Tabernacles
April 4, 2015 – Passover
September 28, 2015 – Feast of
Tabernacles
Some prophecy teachers are
boldly declaring that this tetrad just
ahead signals that something is getting
ready to happen, which will change the
world forever.

Should We Even Pay Attention to
the Moon and the Stars?
As Christians, we should not
practice or put our faith in astrology.
However, God has at times used the
heavens for sending signs to mankind.
In Genesis 1:14, God said, “Let
there be lights in the firmament of
the heaven to divide the day from the
night; and let them be for signs, and
for seasons, and for days, and years:”
God specifically said, “Let them be
for signs.”
We also know that the wise men
were led to Jesus by a star. This is
recorded in Matthew 2:1-2, “Now when
Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea
in the days of Herod the king, behold,
there came wise men from the east to
Jerusalem, Saying, Where is he that
is born King of the Jews? for we have
seen his star in the east, and are come
to worship him.”
Herod inquired of the chief priests
and the scribes where Messiah was to
be born according to the prophecies.
He was told that Messiah was to be
born in Bethlehem. Herod relayed the
information to the Wise Men.
Matthew 2:9-10 records: “When
they had heard the king, they depart-
ed; and, lo, the star, which they saw
in the east, went before them, till it
came and stood over where the young
child was. When they saw the star, they
rejoiced with exceeding great joy.”
The Prophecy of the Moon being
Turned Into Blood
There are several prophecies fore-
telling that the moon will be turned to
blood in the endtime.
Joel 2:30-31 states: “And I will
show wonders in the heavens and in
the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars
of smoke. The sun shall be turned into
darkness, and the moon into blood,
before the great and the terrible day of
the LORD come.”
Revelation 6:12 also prophesies
that the moon will become as blood:
“And I beheld when he had opened the
sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great
earthquake; and the sun became black
as sackcloth of hair, and the moon
became as blood.”
Will the Moon Literally be Turned
to Blood?
It is not reasonable to believe the
entire moon will be turned into blood
when the prophecy is fulfilled. The
scriptures undoubtedly mean that the
moon will take on the appearance
of blood.
What can We Expect to Happen?
Four blood moons are going to
occur between April 15, 2014 and
September 28, 2015, and they are
going to happen on Jewish feast days.
If the pattern of the last three tetrads
continues, then we can expect some
major event for the Jewish people.
Is There a Big Event on the
Horizon?
One of the greatest prophetic
fulfillments in the last 2,000 years lies
just ahead of us. The Bible prophesies
that a peace agreement between Israelis
and Palestinians will soon be signed.
US Secretary of State John Kerry
has been working diligently since July
30, 2013 to reach a peace agreement
between Israelis and Palestinians. He
has set April 29, 2014 as the deadline
for reaching an agreement.
What will This Peace Agreement do?
According to the biblical prophecy,
the signing of a Middle East peace
agreement will mark the beginning of
the Final Seven Years to Armageddon
and the Second Coming of Jesus to
the earth.
• Under the agreement, the Antichrist
and the International Community will
recognize Israel’s right to a homeland
in the Holy Land.
• A Palestinian state will be created
in the West Bank, which is the bibli-
cal area of Judea. There are presently
650,000 Jews living in Judea.
• Many of the Jews presently living in
the parts of Judea that will become the
new Palestinian state will decide to re-
main in their homes living as a Jewish
minority in Palestine.
• The dispute over control of the Tem-
ple Mount will be solved by placing it
under a sharing arrangement between
Muslims and Jews.
• Israel will build her Third Temple on
the Temple Mount without disturbing
the Dome of the Rock or the Al Aqsa
Mosque.
• Israel’s temple will be completed dur-
ing the first three and one-half years
after the signing of the agreement.
• Halfway through the Final Seven
Years, the Antichrist will stand in the
Temple claiming to be Messiah and
God. The scriptures call this the Abomi-
nation of Desolation.
Another Jewish Holocaust Ahead!
When the world realized the
magnitude of six million Jews perish-
ing in Hitler’s horrible holocaust, the
response was universal. “Never again!
We can never let anything like this
happen—ever again!”
However, as incomprehensible as
it may seem, another Jewish holocaust
lies just ahead. Jesus Himself gave the
prophecy in the most famous prophecy
chapter of the entire Bible.
Matthew 24:15-18, 21 records
the prophecy:
“When ye therefore shall see the
abomination of desolation, spoken of
by Daniel the prophet, stand in the
holy place, (whoso readeth, let him

understand:) Then let them which
be in Judea flee into the mountains:
Let him which is on the housetop not
come down to take any thing out of his
house: Neither let him which is in the
field return back to take his clothes…
For then shall be great tribulation,
such as was not since the beginning
of the world to this time, no, nor ever
shall be.”
As previously explained, the
prophesied peace agreement will create
a Palestinian state in Judea. 650,000
Jews live in Judea today. Some of them
will remain in Judea, living as a Jewish
minority in the newly created Palestin-
ian state.
Halfway through the Final Seven
Years at the time of the Abomination
of Desolation, the Palestinians will be-
gin to slaughter the Jews living among
them. Jesus said the attack would be
so sudden that, if a person were on the
housetop, he should not come down
to get his clothes. Just hit the ground
running! Jesus said this would be a
time of “great tribulation”.
We Must Warn Them!
The Jews of Judea do not real-
ize the extreme danger that lies just
ahead. They don’t believe in Jesus;
consequently, they don’t study the
New Testament.
Yet Jesus obviously wanted the
Jews of Judea to be warned. He spent
several verses of His Olivet prophecy
telling the Jews where the persecution
will take place and specifically when it
will take place.
In spite of Jesus’ desire to warn
the Jewish people of the coming ho-
locaust in Judea, they remain totally
oblivious to the extreme danger that
lies just ahead. They are going to be
blindsided by the slaughter that will
be launched against them by the Pales-
tinians – unless we warn them!
This is our chance to help the Jew-
ish people. They gave us our Bible, and
they gave us our Messiah. Now we can
warn them in this hour of their most
urgent need!
How can We Warn Them?
There are 2.27 million homes in
the nation of Israel. We plan to send
an Endtime magazine to every Israeli
home so that no one will miss the
warning.
The magazine front cover will say:
Goals of the Magazine
• To explain the prophecy of the Final
Seven Years in easy-to-understand
terms.
• Dedicate a section of the magazine
to those in Judea. If they listen to our
warning, they will escape the coming
slaughter. Not one person who heeds
the warning will become a victim of the
terrible slaughter prophesied by Jesus!
Sadly, those who don’t listen will be
killed in the coming holocaust.

1 Chronicles 12:32 says, “And of the
children of Issachar, which were men
that had understanding of the times,
to know what Israel ought to do…”
When the Jewish holocaust in Ju-
dea takes place, the Jews who heeded
our warning and escaped will know
that it was the prophecy of Jesus that
saved their lives. Many of them will
then be ready to hear about eternal life
through Jesus. Zechariah 12:7 proph-
esies a great revival for the Jews of
Judea during this time!

WHAT DOES THE BIBLE SAY?
We have already explained the
teaching of the Four Blood Moons that
has captivated the imaginations of so
many people. Now let’s take a look at
the teaching of the Four Blood Moons
in light of scripture.
What does the Bible say about the
moon turning to blood, and when it is
prophesied to happen?
When will the Moon Turn to Blood?
Earlier in this article we referred
to the prophecy of Joel about the
moon being turned into blood. Let’s
look at it again:
“And I will show wonders in the
heavens and in the earth, blood, and
fire, and pillars of smoke. The sun shall
be turned into darkness, and the moon
into blood, before the great and the
terrible day of the LORD come.”
Joel 2:30-31
Joel prophesied that the moon
would be turned into blood before the
great and terrible “day of the LORD”.
When is the “Day of the Lord”?
The Prophet Zechariah referred
to the “day of the Lord” in Zechariah
14:1-4,
“Behold, the day of the LORD
cometh, and thy spoil shall be divided
in the midst of thee. For I will gather
all nations against Jerusalem to battle;
and the city shall be taken, and the
houses rifled, and the women ravished;
and half of the city shall go forth into
captivity, and the residue of the people
shall not be cut off from the city. Then
shall the LORD go forth, and fight
against those nations, as when he
fought in the day of battle. And his feet
shall stand in that day upon the mount
of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on
the east, and the mount of Olives shall
cleave in the midst thereof toward the
east and toward the west, and there
shall be a very great valley; and half of
the mountain shall remove toward the
north, and half of it toward the south.”
This prophecy describes the com-
ing Battle of Armageddon. God said, “I

will gather all nations against Jerusa-
lem to battle.” Armageddon will take
place seven years after the signing of
the Palestinian-Israeli peace agreement.
The world government armies will
invade Israel in an attempt to force
Israel to give up sovereignty over its
capital of Jerusalem. When Israel is
on the brink of defeat at the hands
of the international forces, Jesus will
return to earth and fight for Israel. The
prophecy says it this way, “Then shall
the Lord go forth, and fight against
those nations.”
Verse four states concerning
Jesus, “And his feet shall stand in that
day upon the Mount of Olives.” This
describes the personal return of Jesus
Christ to the earth.
So, when did Zechariah say that
the “day of the Lord” would be? The
day of the Lord takes place at the
time of Armageddon and the Second
Coming of Jesus to earth. The Battle of
Armageddon takes place at the end of
the Great Tribulation.
The Moon Becomes as Blood at the
6th Seal
“And I beheld when he had opened
the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great
earthquake; and the sun became black
as sackcloth of hair, and the moon
became as blood.” Revelation 6:12
This passage specifically states that
the moon will become as blood at the
time of the 6th
Seal.
When is the 6th Seal?
We can tell when the sixth seal
is opened by the events that happen
at the time of its opening. Revelation
6:14-17 describes these events.
“And the heaven departed as a
scroll when it is rolled together; and
every mountain and island were moved
out of their places. And the kings of
the earth, and the great men, and the
rich men, and the chief captains, and
the mighty men, and every bondman,
and every free man, hid themselves in
the dens and in the rocks of the moun-
tains; And said to the mountains and
rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the
face of him that sitteth on the throne,
and from the wrath of the Lamb: For
the great day of his wrath is come; and
who shall be able to stand?”
Notice that the heavens will depart
like a scroll at the opening of the seal.
This obviously is describing the Second
Coming of Jesus because the men of
the earth will cry, “Hide us from the
face of Him that sitteth on the throne.”
Since it is prophesied that the
moon will turn to blood at the time of
the Sixth Seal, then we can conclude
that it will happen at the time of the
Second Coming and the Battle of Ar-
mageddon.
Jesus was Much More Specific in
Matthew 24
“Immediately after the tribula-
tion of those days shall the sun be
darkened, and the moon shall not give
her light, and the stars shall fall from
heaven, and the powers of the heav-
ens shall be shaken: And then shall
appear the sign of the Son of man in
heaven: and then shall all the tribes
of the earth mourn, and they shall see
the Son of man coming in the clouds
of heaven with power and great glory.
And he shall send his angels with a
great sound of a trumpet, and they
shall gather together his elect from the
four winds, from one end of heaven to
the other.” Matthew 24:29-31
Jesus said the moon would be
turned into blood immediately after
the Great Tribulation. He also stated
that the people of the earth would

mourn when they saw the Son of man
coming. This is obviously referring
to the time of the Second Coming as
described in the Sixth Seal.
Does This Totally Discredit the
Teaching of the Four Blood Moons?
As we have seen, the scriptures
clearly say that the moon will be
turned into blood after the Great Trib-
ulation and at the time of Armageddon
and the Second Coming of Jesus to
earth. This being true, the prophecies
about the moon being turned to blood
cannot refer to the four blood moons
of the last 500 years.
However, should the teaching
of the four blood moons be totally
ignored?
3 Out of 3 Can’t be Ignored
There were four blood moons
coinciding with Jewish feast days in
1493-1494. The Spanish Inquisition
occurred in 1492.
There were four blood moons
coinciding with Jewish feast days in
1949-1950. The rebirth of Israel took
place in 1948.
There were four blood moons coin-
ciding with Jewish feast days in 1967-
1968. The reunification of Jerusalem
happened in 1967.
Four blood moons have coincided
with Jewish feast days only these
three times in the last 500 years. Every
single time, a major event affecting the
Jewish people has occurred.
3 out of 3 in the last 500 years
cannot be totally ignored.
The Next Four Blood Moons
The next tetrad coupled with Jew-
ish feast days will be April 15, 2014
– September 28, 2015. Israelis and
Palestinians, led by US Secretary of
State John Kerry, began peace negotia-
tions on July 30, 2013. Negotiations
have been ongoing since that time.
When the negotiations were
launched, Kerry promised Palestinian
leader Mahmoud Abbas and Israeli
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu
the negotiations would reach an
agreement in nine months. Together,
they committed to achieve a peace
agreement by April 29, 2014.
Will an Agreement be Signed by
April 29, 2014?
Whether we place any credibil-
ity to the teaching of the Four Blood
Moons or not, there is going to be an
Israeli-Palestinian peace agreement.
If this agreement creates a Pales-
tinian state in the West Bank (Judea)
leaving a Jewish minority there, and
if it places the Temple Mount under
a sharing arrangement with interna-
tional supervision, then the Final
Seven Years to Armageddon will begin
at that time.
The only question is: Will it be
signed by April 29, 2014? John Kerry
says, “Yes!” Whether he is right or
wrong about the timing, a peace agree-
ment is definitely coming. It’s proph-
esied in the Bible and the prophecies
always come to pass.
This Won’t be a Final Agreement
The prophecy of Daniel 9:27 says
the peace agreement will be a seven-
year agreement. This let’s us know that
it will not be a final agreement. Some
issues will apparently be left unre-
solved until later.
Under the interim agreement,
a Palestinian state will be created.
Those Jews who refuse to leave their
homes in Judea will be allowed to
stay as a Jewish minority living in the
Palestinian state.
The Temple Mount will be placed
under a sharing arrangement so that
all can worship there. But the conflict
over the city of Jerusalem will remain
unresolved. Jerusalem will remain
under Israel’s control until the Battle of
Armageddon. We know this from the
prophecy of Zechariah 14:2.
“For I will gather all nations
against Jerusalem to battle; and the
city shall be taken, and the houses ri-
fled, and the women ravished; and half
of the city shall go forth into captivity,
and the residue of the people shall not
be cut off from the city.”
THE WARNING!
The month the prophesied peace
agreement is signed, we plan to send
an Endtime magazine to every home in
Israel. There are 2.27 million of them.
The cover of the magazine will deliver
its message in no uncertain terms:

ARMAGEDDON JUST BEGAN!

One article in the magazine will be
a special warning to the Jews living in
Judea. All who heed our warning will
escape unharmed. Those who don’t
will be slaughtered at the time of the
Abomination of Desolation. It is God’s
will for them to escape. That’s the rea-
son Jesus gave them a warning in His
most famous prophecy.
The Coming Jewish Revival
When those who believed the
warning and escaped with their lives
see their brethren who didn’t heed the
warning being killed, they will realize
it was the prophecy of Jesus that saved
their lives. They will then be prepared
to hear about eternal life through
Jesus Christ.
This will give birth to a revival
among the Jews of Judea. A great re-
vival started in Jerusalem 2,000 years
ago. God is going to do it again!
The prophecy of the coming Judean
revival is given in Zechariah 12:7.
“The LORD also shall save the

inhabitants of Jerusalem do not mag-
nify themselves against Judah.”
All Israel shall be Saved
Romans 11:25-26 tells us that all
Israel shall be saved: “For I would not,
brethren, that ye should be ignorant
of this mystery, lest ye should be wise
in your own conceits; that blindness
in part is happened to Israel, until
the fullness of the Gentiles be come
in. And so all Israel shall be saved: as
it is written, There shall come out of
Zion the Deliverer, and shall turn away
ungodliness from Jacob.”
However, God specifically said that
He would save the tents of Judah first.
The first wave of Jewish revival will
come at the time of the Abomination
of Desolation.
The second wave will come at the
time of Armageddon when Jesus re-
turns to earth at the Mount of Olives.
The Jews know that their Messiah will
plant His feet on the Mount of Olives
when He comes to earth. Zechariah
14:4 clearly teaches this.
In the heat of the Battle of Arma-
geddon, their Messiah will descend from
heaven, touching down on the Mount
of Olives. The Jews will know their
Messiah has come to save them from
the invading armies of the Antichrist.
They will rush out to meet
Him, falling down to worship Him.
When they do, they will notice He has
scars on His feet and in His hands.
Zechariah 13:6 says: “And one shall
say unto him, What are these wounds
in thine hands? Then he shall answer,
Those with which I was wounded in the
house of my friends.”
Suddenly, their eyes will be
opened. They will say, “So you’re Je-
sus.” He will reply, “Yes, I am Jesus.”
Zechariah 12:10 says they will
mourn for Him as one mourns for his
only son. They will bow in bitter re-
pentance asking Jesus to forgive them.
And, of course, He will forgive them.
It is at this time that Romans
11:26 will be fulfilled, “And so all Israel
shall be saved.” Think of it! Between
the first wave of revival among those of
Judea and the rest of Israel turning to
Jesus at Armageddon, all Israel will be
saved during the Final Seven Years.
What has God Called Us to do?

The Fulfillment
In 2013, world leaders continued
to support expansion of a “New World
Order”. The International Arms Trade
Treaty, the covert development of
the Transatlantic and Trans-Pacific
Partnerships, and the implementation
of many locally-enacted sustainability
programs threatened to erode national
sovereignty and individual rights. As
the nations of the world submitted
to the authority of international law,
institutions such as the World Bank,
the World Trade Organization, the
World Health Organization and the
World Court expanded their influence
over governments and individuals.
We will all feel the oppression of this
world government structure, which is
prophesied in the Bible, because it is
satanically inspired, and it is forming
right now.
Vice President Calls for a ‘New
World Order’
In April 2013, Vice President Joe
Biden was added to the list of world
leaders calling for the creation of a
“New World Order”. This phrase has
been used throughout the 20th cen-
tury, but became more popular when
George H.W. Bush called for a “New
World Order” after Iraq invaded
Kuwait in 1990. Since then, many
other international leaders have deter-
mined that a plan for a global govern-
ment is in place that will achieve this
“New World Order” including Henry
Kissinger and former UK Prime
Minister Gordon Brown.
Agenda 21, Sustainable
Development
Agenda 21 is a global to local
action plan, which came out of the
1992 United Nations Rio Earth Sum-
mit. It was designed to create world
government, concentrate populations
in cities, end national sovereignty,
abolish private property, restructure
the family unit, and limit mobility and
individual opportunity. World busi-
ness leaders, along with the IMF, World
Bank and the United Nations, actively
promoted sustainable development
policies in 2013. These policies include
massive population reduction, and lim-
iting technology and access to natural
resources. Though the general public
is largely ignorant of the struggle
between advocates of private property
and socialized management, the
Missouri legislature approved a popu-
lar bill protecting private property and
due process rights, by banning Agenda
21 in May 2013.
While the United Nations scheme
was never ratified by the US Senate,
it has been secretly creeping into lo-
cal communities with the assistance
of ICLEI, a global Agenda 21 sup-
port organization. Agricultural giant
Monsanto joined the World Business
Council for Sustainable Development
on January 22, 2013. The WBCSD
works in partnership with more than
200 major corporations to promote
Agenda 21 sustainability concepts.
CFR and International Law
Advocates of world government
argue that the current approach to in-
ternational governance is disconnected
and uncoordinated. What we need,
they say, is a centralized enforcement
of international law, to promote coop-
eration and deal with the big problems
facing humanity.
The Council on Foreign Relations
believes that the United Nations
Charter has already become this type
of centralized operating system, a
“Motherboard of Global Governance”.
The Council on Foreign Relations
hosted a speaker program in February
2013, called The G-20: Prospects and
Challenges for Global Governance.
One of the significant statements by
the panel of participants was an admis-
sion by Eurasia Group President Ian
Bremmer that “there’s real subversion
of sovereignty by the EU.” It is now ap-
parent that the designers of the Euro-
pean Union had planned that it would
ultimately develop into a supranational
regional government, with legislative,
executive and judicial power over its
member states.
Bilderberg 2013
Hertfordshire, England became
the focus of world attention in June
2013, as billionaire financiers, party
leaders and media moguls gathered
for the Bilderberg meeting to plan
international policy. Bilderberg is a
four-day summit, which has been held
once a year for the past 59 years. In at-
tendance were the president and vice-
president of the European Commis-
sion, the Prime Minister of Holland,
David Cameron, the chairmen of the
Swiss and Dutch national banks and
other assorted transnational CEOs and
powerful banking officials. It is sus-
pected that, in addition to discussing
business and economic matters, the
attendees, who meet in secret, with no
transparency or accountability, actually
conspire to dictate government policy
in order to unite all nations under a
one-world government.

International Arms Trade Treaty
At the United Nations on June
3, 2013 over 60 nations signed the
first international treaty designed to
regulate the global arms trade. They
hoped that the treaty would help check
the flow of weapons that arm extrem-
ists in conflicts around the world. US
Secretary of State John Kerry signed
the document in September 2013, an-
gering US lawmakers who vowed that
the Senate will not ratify the treaty.
The agreement has been criticized
for failing to expressly recognize the
individual right to bear arms. Senator
Jim Inhofe declared the treaty “dead in
the water” saying, “The administration
is wasting precious time trying to sign
away our laws to the global community
and unelected UN bureaucrats.”
Responsibility to Protect and
National Sovereignty
A panel of foreign policy figures
released “The United States and R2P:
From Words to Action” in June 2013.
The report defends the Responsibility
to Protect concept—that the Interna-
tional Community has an obligation
to intervene in a country, regardless of
what its government says, to ensure the
rights and safety of local populations.
Responsibility to Protect has
been criticized as a recipe for endless
“police actions” and a destabilizing
attack on national sovereignty. The
United States declined to invade Syria
to protect civilians because the action
was blocked in the UN Security Council
by the Russian and Chinese vetoes. The
US limited itself to arming the opposi-
tion in 2013, and working with Russia
to convene a peace conference in order
to bring together the Assad regime
and rebels.
Signing Away Sovereignty
President Barack Obama an-
nounced in his State of the Union
address in February 2013, that he
intends to put the United States at the
head of the Transatlantic and Trans-
Pacific Partnerships. The details of
these agreements have been worked
out in secret. The Trans-Pacific Part-
nership contains an “enforcement
regime” designed to supplant national
laws and sovereignty. It is the forerun-
ner to the US-EU Transatlantic Trade
and Investment Partnership (TTIP).
Both treaties combined will cover 60
percent of world GDP. Wikileaks editor
Julian Assange says that, if instituted,
“the TPP’s IP regime would trample
over individual rights and free expres-
sion, as well as ride roughshod over the
intellectual and creative commons. If
you read, write, publish, think, listen,
dance, sing or invent; if you farm or
consume food; if you’re ill now or
might one day be ill, the TPP has you in
its crosshairs.”
The “new world order” government
is forming now, and is rapidly gaining
enough power over every tribe, people,
language and nation to devour the
whole earth.

The Fulfillment
For centuries, it has been
inconceivable that a system which
used a “mark” could control buying
and selling all over the world. In 2013,
however, the rapid development of
computers, Internet, Wi-Fi, social
media and all sorts of information and
surveillance technologies accelerated
the literal fulfillment of this “666”
prophecy. Government and corporate
institutions are quick to implement
modern, but invasive, tracking and
surveillance schemes, which promote
their political agenda or increase their
profit potential.
A school district in Texas took
advantage of one of these recent
technologies to track attendance with
an RFID-embedded badge to be worn
by all pupils. A 15-year-old high school
student was suspended in January
for refusing to wear her badge, and
transferred to another school. She
sued to stay in her school, saying that
the ID card violated her civil rights on
religious grounds. In August 2013, she
was re-admitted to her former high
school, in exchange for dropping the
federal lawsuit.
REAL ID, a Real Mess in 2013
REAL ID is the system designed to
track and control our access to employ-
ment, housing, medicine, financial
services, transportation, and more,
through the federal standardization of
driver’s licenses. Implementation of
the program has been delayed several
times because many states remain
decidedly opposed to it. So few of the
states had complied with the original
REAL ID Act that the Department of
Homeland Security came up with a set
of “material compliance benchmarks”
to track which states were “making
progress” toward compliance.
By the end of February 2013, the
Department of Homeland Security
deemed that 19 states were compliant,
with another 26 states having commit-
ted to meeting REAL ID standards.
As of March 2012, according to the
ACLU, twenty-five states had rejected
the act or said they would not comply,
and 15 states had laws prohibiting
compliance with Real ID. The ACLU
condemns REAL ID as a mandated
but unfunded “National ID”. It also
claims that the card will cost billions
of dollars to implement, and that it
will increase identity theft. The most
recent postponement extends imple-
mentation to January 15, 2014 and
the earliest you could be penalized for
not having a REAL ID card would be
December 2014.
Immigration Reform, a Massive
Federal Database
An immigration reform bill was
introduced in the Senate in April that
many believed had the potential to
advance the civil rights and liberties
of immigrants and put millions on the
road to citizenship. The bill has been at
the forefront of disputes about illegal
immigration and border security. Only
about half of the southern border of
the United States is under operational
control. Senator Rand Paul wrote, in
May 2013, that he opposes the bill
because it contains a “photo tool”, a
massive federal database administered
by the Department of Homeland Secu-
rity, which contains names, ages, Social
Security numbers and photographs of
everyone in the country with a driver’s
license or other state-issued photo ID.
The Immigration Reform bill
would require employers to look up
every new hire in the database to verify
that they match their “photo tool” fa-
cial scan. This has the potential to put
citizens and authorized workers at risk
of losing their jobs due to systematic
errors, and raises concerns about the
lack of privacy protections needed to
guard against identity theft. A House
bipartisan group called the “gang of
seven” proposed a compromise plan,
but House members said they don’t
expect anything to happen with the
gang’s bill “in the near future.”
Biometric Identification
E-Verify, inside the immigration
bill, is a biometric electronic employ-
ment verification system. It is one of
many technologies that depend on an
individual’s unique physiological iden-
tifiers, such as fingerprints, facial and
retinal scans, voiceprints and more.
E-Verify can be used to restrict legal
activity to anything, and there is no
logical or practical limit to its use.
Obamacare’s Data Hub Privacy
Threat
The Federal Data Services Hub,
a major component of Obamacare,
will contain Social Security numbers,
employment information, birth dates,
health records, tax returns and other
personal data. All the information
needed to steal a person’s identity will
be readily available to a skilled hacker,
resulting in a massive security threat.
Cashless Society
China, Nigeria and Israel were a
few of the countries that began to fully
embrace electronic payments in 2013,

with a view toward ultimately elimin-
ating cash transactions. Bitcoin
currency also came into use in 2013.
It is an example of emerging cashless
financial models that rely on peer-
to-peer technology, with no central
authority or banks. Some see an
advantage to an all-electronic economy
because it would facilitate collecting
taxes before personal income gets to
the workers’ accounts.
Utah Data Center
By the beginning of 2013, the
Utah Data Center was made almost
fully operational by the federal gov-
ernment. It is a $2 billion complex
containing 100,000 square feet of
computer space. Along with three
other massive new facilities, digital
information from all over the world
can be stored, with the capacity to
compile everything about everyone for
over one hundred years. In October
2013, it was reported that the Utah
Data Center had experienced a series of
mysterious meltdowns, pushing back
the opening for a year.
That No Man Might Buy or Sell
The key to the final Antichrist
global economic system will be the
control of whether a person is permit-
ted to hold a job. That system is widely
spreading throughout the world now.
Everyone in Uganda of 18 years and
above, for example, will receive a na-
tional ID card. It will be the only means
of making Ugandans eligible for em-
ployment, school enrollment, medical
care and government assistance. If you
want to have a job in the Antichrist’s
global economy, you must have a valid,
government recognized ID and be in
the global database. No job? No buying
or selling.
According to the Bible, a global
dictator, the Antichrist, will rise to
power in collaboration with the False
Prophet, the leader of a world-wide
religious system. Key to the founda-
tion of the Antichrist’s tyranny will be
the formation of a false religious unity.
This kind of harmony will be based on
acceptance and compromise, instead
of on sound teaching. Mankind will
unite under a charismatic and powerful
leader, and doctrinal divisions between
the world’s religions will soon fade away.
The Fulfillment - the New Pope
of the People
Jorge Bergoglio of Argentina was
elected pope in March 2013, and chose
the name Francis, becoming the first
pontiff from the Americas and the
first from outside Europe in more than
a millennium. Since his election, his
folksiness, humility, rejection of the
ostentatious trappings of his office and
refusal to judge single mothers, athe-
ists and homosexuals has helped him
achieve almost universal appeal. Time
magazine declared him to be the “New
World Pope”. United Nations Secretary
General Ban Ki-moon welcomed him
as a ‘Global Spiritual Leader’. The “Pope
Francis Effect”, which Forbes calls it,
has enabled him to become one of the
most popular figures on the planet.
Forbes, the prestigious American busi-
ness magazine, listed Pope Francis as
number four in their ranking of “The
72 Who Rule the World.”
Pope Francis soon declared his “de-
termination to continue on the path
of ecumenical dialogue.” Interfaith
leaders welcomed him as a champion
of the poor and the most vulnerable.
Timothy George, Dean of Beeson
Divinity School of Samford University,
called the new Pope, “Our Francis, too.”
Pope Francis reached out in friendship
to, what he termed, “so many Muslim
brothers and sisters,” during a Good
Friday procession in late March. In
November, he reaffirmed his commit-
ment to Jewish-Christian relations,
saying, “Dialogue and friendship with
the children of Israel are part of the life
of Jesus’ disciples.”
Washington National Cathedral
Hosts One-World Religious Service
In January 2013, Barack Obama

Recognizing Each Other’s Baptisms
In January 2013, Leaders of Cath-
olic and Reformed churches signed an
agreement to recognize each other’s
sacraments of baptism. The “Common
Agreement on Mutual Recognition of
Baptism” puts an official stamp on mu-
tual recognition of baptisms by each of
the church groups.

World Interfaith Harmony Week
was hosted by the United Nations in
February 2013. According to United
Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-
moon, “Too many religious leaders
have stoked intolerance, supported
extremism and propagated hate...”
Interfaith Dialogue with Wiccans
Rev. Sarah Halverson of Farview
Community Church hosted Wiccans at
an Interfaith Dialog Day in May 2013,
in Costa Mesa, California. She wrote a
letter to a concerned neighbor, saying,
“we believe that God and Jesus call us
to be open, loving and tolerant...”
Parliament of World’s Religions’
New Ambassador
Founded in 1893, the World’s
Parliament of Religions went on to
convene, in 1993, the largest interfaith
gathering in a century, with 8,000 in
attendance. In June 2013, Mr. Kamala
Kanta Dash, an interfaith activist, was
appointed as an Ambassador by the
Parliament of the World’s Religions.
It was reported that he will represent
the PWR to promote inter-religious
dialogue, global justice, peace and sus-
tainable development.
Although there are many obstacles
to the formation of a global religious
system, as the world becomes more
unstable, natural disasters, horrify-
ing wars, insecurity and fear will drive
many people to a one-world religion
that draws everyone together and
promises peace on earth.
Pope Francis seems to fit the
description of the type of world leader
who could bring the world together
into a tolerant, socially conscious so-
ciety. St. Malachy’s ancient “Prophecy
of the Popes” seems to indicate that
Pope Francis could be the last Pope.
Whether this proves to be true or not,
the Bible says that the last Pope will be
aligned with the world’s last politi-
cal leader, the Antichrist. Increasing
interfaith activities and world religion
initiatives indicate that a time of great
Biblical significance is now at hand.
As we look back over the prophetic
fulfillments of 2013, it is clear that
all of the prophecies that are supposed
to occur just prior to the Second
Coming of Jesus Christ are coming
to pass with great accuracy and with
rapid acceleration.

Almost nine years after it was
passed, most states are still not in
full compliance with the standards of
the REAL ID Act. Despite the history
of over two hundred thirty years of
resistance to a national identification
system in America, the REAL ID Act
mandates that Americans produce
federally approved identification upon
demand. It compels every American to
share personal information and unique
biometric identifiers in a shared
nationwide database. Even after sev-
eral deadline extensions, many states
continue to object to its costs, and civil
rights groups oppose it as an invasion
of privacy.
Gradual Rollout
Although it has repeatedly
postponed implementation penal-
ties, the Department of Homeland
Security has announced a gradual
rollout for enforcing the law. The DHS
announced on December 20, 2013
that enforcement will be carried out in
four stages, beginning in April 2014,
with restricted access to certain areas
in Department of Homeland Security
headquarters, later expanding to other
federal facilities. This will be followed
by a phased approach, and “substan-
tial enforcement in 2016”. Full-scale
enforcement will be in effect no later
than May 2017. The date for enforce-
ment of phase 4 has not yet been
determined. When the date is set for
phase 4, the federal government will
no longer accept state-issued driver’s
licenses and ID cards that do not meet
the minimum security standards set by
the DHS.
Each phase of the four phases of
enforcement consists of two distinct
deadlines. The first phase will be a
three-month “warning” period in
which noncompliant ID cards will still
be accepted. After these three months,
full enforcement will begin, and ID
cards from noncompliant states will no
longer be accepted for federal pur-
poses, such as boarding a commercial
aircraft or entering a federal building.
Nothing has Changed
The new enforcement schedule will
do little to convince states, which resist
the law to comply, according to Ameri-
can Civil Liberties Union lawyer Chris
Calabrese. “Nothing has changed,” he
said. “It is impossible to imagine DHS
keeping the citizens of any of those
states off of airplanes…I don’t see that
most of these states are going to have
a whole lot more incentive than they
have ever had to do this, which is to
say, none.”
Each state is charged with imple-
menting the law, and the provisions
vary from state to state.
REAL ID creates a huge national
database, which will link the infor-
mation of all of the states’ driver’s
licenses. But not all the states of the
Union have cooperated.
Alaska, Arizona, Kentucky, Louisi-
ana, Maine, Massachusetts, Minneso-
ta, Montana, New Jersey, New Mexico,
New York, Oklahoma and Washing-
ton State do not currently meet the
standards of the law, according to the
Department of Homeland Security.
Twenty-one states already meet the
minimum standards, and DHS has
granted extensions for the remainder
because they have demonstrated suf-
ficient progress. Another fifteen states
do not yet meet the requirements, but
have asked the federal government for
more time to do so. These states all
have extensions through October and
can renew those extensions.
On December 20, 2013, the
boasted that “forty-one states and ter-
ritories are either fully compliant with
the REAL ID standards or have made
sufficient progress to qualify for an
extension.” Data compiled, we assume,
from all the states, leads DHS to assert
that they have implemented “more
than 70 percent of the standards, dem-
onstrating the achievability of the law.”
Passed Without Debate
The REAL ID Act of 2005 had an
original compliance deadline of 2008,
but that deadline has been extended
several times. When first introduced,
it met with huge resistance. So, it
was placed in a military spending and

THE US NO LATER THAN MAY 2017.

tsunami relief bill, which was passed
without any deliberation or hearing,
and without a vote solely on its merits.
A 2012 National Conference
of State Legislatures report listed
twenty-five states that had actually
passed statutes or resolutions oppos-
ing the REAL ID Act. Both liberals and
conservatives have found the law to be
repulsive, objecting to its costs, federal
pre-emption of state practices, and the
potential threat to personal privacy.
Opponents have argued that
the REAL ID is actually an unfunded
federal mandate and violates states’
rights under the Tenth Amendment.
In January 2007, Maine, for example,
became the first state to pass a bill
opposed to the REAL ID Act. The bill
established that Maine is not allowed
to participate in the federal REAL ID
Act of 2005, and that no changes may
be made to the state’s driver’s license
process designed to conform to the
federal law.
On Their Way to Compliance
Despite continued resistance to
the law, the Department of Homeland
Security has tried to put a positive spin
on the sluggish progress of implemen-
tation, using attractive phrases such
as “on their way to compliance”, and
“committed to meet the 18 REAL ID
material compliance benchmarks.”
Whatever those phrases mean, it is
clear that ineffectual implementation
of the REAL ID Act has been an embar-
rassment to both the Bush and Obama
administrations.
Montana Won’t Give In
Governor Steve Bullock says that
Montana won’t give in. In response to
a list from the Department of Home-
land Security of the provisions of the
REAL ID Act that Montana driver’s
licenses do not meet, Governor
Bullock has said, “We don’t need
another federal database. The Attorney
General said no. The legislature said
no. And the Governor’s office will con-
tinue to say no because really we have
forgery proof ID cards. We’ve taken
great steps to improve the security of
our driver’s licenses.”
Governor Bullock wrote to the
Department of Homeland Security, “All
150 members of the 60th Montana
Legislature agreed that REAL ID imple-
mentation is ‘inimical to the security
and wellbeing of the people of Mon-
tana will cause unneeded expense and
inconvenience to those people’... and
raises serious questions about states’
rights. In addition to the excessive
costs of creating a national database,”
he continued, “Montanans are appro-
priately concerned with the extensive
collection of their personal and private
information by the government.”
Montana Attorney General Tim
Fox concurred, saying, “Montana has
gone to great lengths to ensure our
driver’s license is one of the most se-
cure in the nation. At the same time, we
have been vigilant in safeguarding our
citizens’ privacy, which is more than
can be said of the federal government.”
Ohio Backs Out
The Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles
has decided to withdraw from the Real
ID compliance plan.
Joe Andrews, spokesman for the
Ohio Department of Public Safety,
said, “The objection is that it’s not
acceptable in many circles in Ohio to
do facial recognition on everyone who
comes in to get a license.” He contin-
ued, “People have concerns we are
trampling their rights if we do this.”
These federal vs. state showdowns
in Montana and Ohio illustrate the
nature of the impasses that must
be overcome, if the Department of
Homeland Security is to achieve its
goal of “making all driver’s licenses
more secure.”
A Dire Warning
In March 2012, the Coalition for
a Secure Driver’s License President,
Brian Zimmer, issued a dire warning
to the states that had done little or
nothing to meet the REAL ID rules,
saying, “...It’s their last opportunity to
get on board with the REAL ID rules or
face consequences.” The Department
of Homeland Security had made it
clear that they had no further plans for
delaying implementation. This proved
not to be the case.
Compliance Repeatedly Deferred
Since Zimmer’s warning, the
has deferred compliance deadlines
and “has not always provided timely,
comprehensive, or proactive guidance
to help states implement provisions of
the Act related to identity verification,”
according to auditors at the Govern-
ment Accountability Office. Neverthe-
less, some motor vehicle departments,
such as the state of Vermont, have not
only fulfilled but exceeded the mini-
mum compliance benchmarks set by
the DHS.
Vermont Embraces REAL ID
Commissioner Rob Ide of the
Vermont Motor Vehicle Department
said, in a statement in December 2013,
“Vermonters increasingly rely on these
documents as proof of identity in
their everyday lives. Real ID compli-
ant documents are just one way the
Department of Motor Vehicles strives
to protect Vermonters and their identi-
ties.” The Real ID license went into
effect in Vermont on January 1, 2014.
Vermont residents are required to go
in person to a state DMV office and
provide a certified copy of their birth
certificate, a Social Security card or a
valid passport, in order to obtain the
new federally compliant ID card.
What About Non-complaint States?
Despite the Department of Home-
land Security’s threat to risk having
your state’s IDs rejected when boarding
planes or entering federal buildings,

states which have officially opposed
REAL ID, do so mainly because it is
an expensive, unfunded government
mandate, and a massive violation
of privacy.
Coalition for a Secure Driver’s
License President Zimmer also com-
mented about the impact that non-
compliant states may have on their
residents, saying, “...People in REAL ID
compliant states probably won’t even
notice these enforcement steps. By
contrast, residents of non-compliant
states will need to make adjustments,
including obtaining other proofs of
identity, like passports. Their only
alternative will be to forgo access to
secure federal facilities or forgo com-
mercial air travel. For example, they
can travel by train.”
Objections
A resolution opposing the REAL
ID Act in Utah in 2007 highlights sev-
eral key features of the law that make
its enforcement untenable. The resolu-
tion asserts that REAL ID ignores
states’ sovereignty and their right to
self-governance. It converts the state
driver’s licensing function into federal
national security functions that reach
beyond the original purpose and com-
petencies of driver licensing bureaus.
And, according to the resolution, it is
an unfunded federal mandate.
Shared Databases
The Act requires states to maintain
and share motor vehicle databases that
contain driver’s histories and all fields
printed on driver’s licenses. It also
implements the imbedding of a digital
photo scan, which is compliant with
International Civil Aviation Organiza-
tion standards. Without the REAL ID
Act, states would not be required to
share their databases. This removes
the states’ authority to implement the
privacy protections which are expected
by their citizens and which are consis-
tent with their state constitutions.
Health Care Reform a Backdoor
National ID
In a manner similar to REAL ID,
the Patient Protection and Afford-
able Care Act, often referred to as
“Obamacare”, implements a national
ID system disguised as something else.
The “individual mandate” portion of
the bill requires every American to
purchase health insurance, or break
the law and face penalties and fines,
making them criminals if they refuse
to buy insurance from private compa-
nies. The Act contains a “data hub”, an
information exchange system that is
used to verify such things as income,
family size, immigration and incar-
ceration status. In addition, new rules
require healthcare organizations to
electronically verify eligibility prior to
providing care. This will necessitate the
creation of a “unique patient identifier”
for use on patient ID cards. In other
words, it sounds a lot like a national
identification system.
National ID Hidden in Immigration
Reform
The proposed Immigration Reform
Bill also conceals a national biometric
database of US workers. According to
the New York Times, driver’s licenses,
photographs, and biometric infor-
mation of most Americans “would
be accessible through an expanded
nationwide computer network.” The
bill calls for implementing a “photo
tool” as an “identity authentication
mechanism.” Under the new immigra-
tion law, the Department of Homeland
Security database will expand the
E-Verify system to be mandatory, in
order to “submit information on new
employees,” including regular citizens,
to confirm worker eligibility. The Immi-
gration Reform Act will cause citizens
to lose their right to live and work
privately, or anonymously. It will create
a central, digital database of E-Verify
queries, work sites and locations.
Senator Schumer has previously said
that he wants a biometric national ID
that “is used in all instances the Social
Security card is used.”
Health Care Reform, Immigration
Reform, and REAL ID all contain some
form of national identification.
A world-wide identification and track-
ing system will be imposed by the
final global dictator described in Bible
prophecy. He is known as the Anti-
christ. His surveillance and control
system may well employ the combined
technologies instituted by these or
other initiatives. However, for now,
REAL ID seems to be the most likely
candidate as an immediate precursor
to the “Mark of the Beast”.
Centralized Power
Commenting on the national

identification database measures of
the proposed immigration-reform bill,
Senator Rand Paul decried the imple-
mentation of intrusive, draconian
ideas promoted in federal ID programs.
“Forcing Americans to carry
around an identification card to af-
firmatively prove citizenship offends
our basic concept of freedom. Wanting
to avoid a ‘papers please’ culture in our
country is also why conservatives op-
pose federal universal gun background
checks. We oppose such measures not
because we don’t believe in common-
sense rules or regulation – but because
we are wary of giving the federal
government this kind of centralized
power over our daily lives.”
REAL ID is a blatant violation of
privacy rights. It requires that state
motor vehicle departments collect and
store more private information than
ever before in an electronic database.
All of this information is not only ac-
cessible to state motor vehicle agents,
but also, inevitably, it will become the
shared intelligence of foreign govern-
ments as well as hackers and resource-
ful criminals.
Biometrics and the Surveillance
Society
Recent revelations about NSA and
FBI surveillance have made us aware of
our government’s desire to know every-
thing about everyone. We now know
for sure that government is monitoring
all electronic communications.
The use of biometrics and facial
recognition has a chilling effect on
society. People should be able to speak
out in support of a candidate or an
issue without fear of intimidation or
incrimination. We should reject the
mandated biometric enrollment of
innocent people.
Most drivers’ licenses adhere to
standards adopted by the International
Civil Aviation Organization, a United
Nations organization. So, whether you
provide a facial scan for your driver’s
license, passport or a national ID in
another country, the standards are all
the same. Your biometrics are already
shared globally. Most likely, you can
already be identified and tracked in
most countries.
Most Americans seem to believe
that we have a fundamental right to
travel without constantly having to
prove who we are or why we are here.
The request for “papers, please”, evokes
images from the past, in Nazi Germany.
In the short term, REAL ID, as it is
being implemented now, is a threat
to our privacy and freedom of move-
ment. However, because it changes our
driver’s licenses into National ID cards,
REAL ID is a precursor to the coming
Mark of the Beast. It sets up exactly
the kind of system that the Antichrist
will use to economically sanction
individuals. We need to be aware of the
broadening scope of such tracking and
control systems, and the intrusions
they make into our private lives today.
How You are Impacted
On the Department of Home-
land Security website, the document
entitled “REAL ID ENFORCEMENT
IN BRIEF” lists the compliance status
of the states. Here, readers can try
to determine if a particular state is
compliant, non-compliant, or “on the
way” to being compliant. You may need
to contact your state’s motor vehicle
department to determine the require-
ments necessary to obtain a federally
compliant driver’s license or ID card.
The REAL ID enforcement calendar
also varies by state, because of individ-
ual state resolutions, statutes and ex-
tensions. If your state is not compliant
by the phase 4 deadline, whenever it is
enforced, you may need to determine
which identification documents are be-
ing accepted for entering a federal facil-
ity or boarding a commercial airline.
REAL ID has been promoted
as the solution to national security,
illegal immigration, identity fraud and
more. The reality is that the federal
government wants to coerce states
into building an invasive system for
identifying, tracking, and controlling
law-abiding citizens.
A Deathly Law
“And he causeth all, both small and
great, rich and poor, free and bond, to
receive a mark in their right hand, or in
their foreheads:
And that no man might buy or sell,
save he that had the mark, or the name
of the beast, or the number of his
name.” Revelation 13:16-17
You will not be able to buy or
sell without the “mark” if you do not
pledge allegiance to the Antichrist and
worship him; you will not be able to
participate in the daily commerce of
his world government system. REAL
ID is a deadly law that is likely to be
the immediate precursor to the Mark
of the Beast. The Antichrist’s “mark”
will be used to economically control
every person on earth. Without it you
will not be able to buy or sell anything.
Anyone who does not take the “mark”,
and bow to the Antichrist and his reli-
gious partner, the False Prophet, will
face persecution and possibly be put
to death. The Antichrist’s identifica-
tion system will be used to enslave the
world. Stay informed and tell others
because National ID is upon us now,
and it is not going away. e

US Still Toying With Bombing Syria
According to US Secretary of
State John Kerry, US President Barack
Obama has never given up the idea of
dealing a blow on Syria. The US will
continue consulting with Russia in the
framework of searching for ways to
settle the Syrian conflict, he said.
Helicopter Monitors Radiation
Homeland Security officials con-
ducted tests for radiation levels from
a massive helicopter flying extremely
low over Baltimore. Similar testing has
been done in Washington, DC and on
the West Coast with the helicopter
flying as low as 150 feet from the
ground. “If sometime in the future you
have a reason to be looking for some-
thing radiological, it’s very necessary to
have the original background (data),”
said Joseph Krol, National Nuclear
Security Administration.
First World War Diaries Go Online
To mark the centenary of the
First World War, which killed more
than 8 million soldiers between 1914
and 1918, the UK National Archives
has digitized 300,000 unit diaries.
More than 1.5m pages focus on the
horrors of war, including casualties,
and the grim detail of battle. There
are no longer any living veterans who
can speak directly about the events of
the war. “This new online vehicle gives
a very public voice to some of these
soldiers,” said British culture secretary,
Maria Miller.
HOLY ROMAN EMPIRE
Hollande Backs Turkey’s EU Bid
French President Francois Hol-
lande has cautiously backed Turkey’s
aim to join the European Union. Under
EU rules, accession of a new member
requires unanimous approval by the
bloc’s current 28 members. Hollande’s
predecessor Nicolas Sarkozy had
favored association status for Turkey
over full accession, saying the country
was too big, too poor and too culturally
different to join the EU.
Member Countries of the EU
The EU presently consists of 28
member countries, but the European
Union was not always as big as it is
today. When European countries
started to cooperate economically in
1951, only Belgium, Germany, France,
Italy, Luxembourg and the Netherlands
participated. More and more countries
have been joining the EU, with the
most recent being Croatia. Several are
in the process of integrating EU legisla-
tion into national law.
United States of Europe
According to Viviane Reding, vice
president of the European Commis-
sion, a campaign for the European
Union to become a “United States of
Europe” will be the “best weapon”
against the Eurosceptics. Reding called
for “a true political union” to be put
on the agenda for EU elections this
spring. “We need to build a United
States of Europe with the Commission
as government and two chambers,” she
said. Hans-Werner Sinn, Professor of
Economics at the University of Munich
also sees the need for reform, saying
that Europe should rethink the Euro-
pean currency union from the ground
up. The fundamental requirement
for functioning monetary and fiscal
unions in Europe is the establishment
of a United States of Europe, with a
real parliament that gives all citizens
equal representation, together with a
common legal system.
Germany’s Fourth Reich
Strangles EU
Pravda.Ru, a Russian online news
site, reported on the opinion of an
expert who says the European Union
system is arranged for wealthy coun-
tries to get wealthier, and for poor to
get poorer. And that it was Germany
that built the whole system. Having
failed to conquer Europe in World
War II, Germany has built the Fourth
Reich peacefully.

Feds Push Gently on Real ID Act
Nearly a decade after Congress
passed the Real ID Act, the law will
go into effect in April, but 13 states
are still not ready. In December the
unveiled a gradual rollout for enforc-
ing the law. Chris Calabrese, a lawyer
for the American Civil Liberties Union,
said the new timetable will do little to
convince holdout states to comply with
the law.
Computerized People
Amal Graafstra of Seattle, Wash-
ington doesn’t need a key or password
to get into his car, home or computer.
He’s programmed them to unlock with
radio frequency identification tags
implanted in his hands. Graafstra has
sold similar gadgets to more than 500
customers through his company Dan-
gerous Things. The move is on to outfit
people with electronic devices that can
be swallowed, implanted or attached
via “smart tattoos”.
Pentagon Spy Satellite
The Pentagon has designed a
massive spy satellite that will dwarf
any space telescope ever launched.
The Membrane Optical Imager for
Real-Time Exploitation (MOIRE) will
be capable of capturing 40 percent
of the surface of the Earth at once.
It will be able to beam back real-time
high-resolution video and images from
anywhere in the world at any time.
FBI can Secretly Activate an Indi-
vidual’s Webcam
According to a former assistant
director of the FBI’s Operational Tech-
nology Division, the FBI can secretly
activate a computer’s webcam to spy
on an individual without turning on
the indicator light. The former official
said the FBI has been able to covertly

activate a computer camera in this way
for several years. He said that because
of encryption and because of increased
use of mobile devices, law enforcement
will have to use these types of tools
more and more.
MIDDLE EAST
Rockets Aimed at Israel
Israel’s Chief of Military Intel-
ligence, Major General Aviv Kohavi,
pointed out that Israel is surrounded
by enemies with about 170,000 rockets
threatening them on a daily basis.
Kohavi is calling Israel’s enemies by
the new term “paramilitary terrorist
groups”, saying that Hezbollah and
Hamas have advanced rockets and
missiles and the line between a terror
organization and a military organiza-
tion are continuing to blur.
Jewish Settlements Under Pales-
tinian Rule
An Israeli official was quoted as
saying that Prime Minister Benjamin
Netanyahu believes that residents
of Judea and Samaria should be
allowed to remain in a Palestinian
state. Netanyahu would “insist that
settlers be given the free choice of
remaining in place and living under
Palestinian rule, or relocating to areas
under Israeli sovereign rule,” the
official said.
Ariel Sharon Dies
After lingering in a coma for eight
years, Ariel Sharon died at age of 85.
He was the last Israeli prime minister
from the generation that fought in the
1948 War of Independence. Sharon
was a dazzling military commander
who led the 1956 Suez campaign, the
1967 Six Day War, and the 1973 Yom
Kippur War. These are still taught
about in military academies around
the world for their tactical brilliance.
WORLD GOVERNMENT
Israel on UN Security Council?
Dutch Ambassador Caspar Veld-
kamp said that while peace with the
Palestinians would benefit both sides,
Israel has the most to gain. If a deal is
reached, “the European Union is likely
to support the appointment of Israel
to the UN Security Council,” he said.
Veldkamp is putting pressure on Israel
to halt settlement development and
push forward in negotiations with
the Palestinians.
US Puts Its Foot Down
The Obama administration put its
foot down over the invitation extended
to Iran by UN Secretary Ban Ki-moon
to attend the Syria peace conference.
The US State Department said that it
expected the UN to withdraw the
invitation to Iran unless Tehran fully
accepts a 2012 agreement that es-
tablishes a transitional government
in Syria that would pave the way for
democratic elections. Tehran has
shirked this condition because it would
be tantamount to accepting Bashar
Assad’s removal. Ban has withdrawn
the invitation.
Obama Withholds Details of
Nuclear Accord
US Vice President Joe Biden
refused to level with Israeli Prime Min-
ister Benjamin Netanyahu about the
agreements which, were reached by six
powers and Iran. It was the first time
US President Barack Obama person-
ally vetoed a briefing to Israel on the
content of the international nuclear
negotiations he instigated. This secre-
tiveness stirred concern and mistrust
in Jerusalem.
New Tactics to Fight Agenda 21
According to Tom DeWeese,
founder of the American Policy Center
(APC), “If we are to gain ground and
ultimately defeat Agenda 21 we’ve got
to learn from our mistakes and become

more sophisticated in our approach.
Agenda 21/Sustainable Development
cannot be enforced without damaging
private property rights. So, we need
to begin to challenge the planners’
new ‘visions’ for our communities
by focusing on the direct affect those
plans will have on our private prop-
erty,” says DeWeese.
Iran Government ‘Infected by
Western Doctrine’
The commander of Iran’s elite Rev-
olutionary Guard force criticized the
government, saying it was under the
influence of Western ideas and funda-
mental change is needed. The Rouhani
government’s diplomatic initiative led
to an agreement with six world powers
under which Iran is to curb its nuclear
program in return for limited relief
from sanctions. The interim accord
has been welcomed by Iranians both
at home and abroad, but hardliners in
the power structure are irked by the
foreign policy shift and warn against
getting too close to the West.

World Interfaith Harmony Week
The first week of February was
World Interfaith Harmony Week.
Founded by the United Nations Gen-
eral Assembly, World Interfaith Har-
mony Week is an event that has taken
place during the first week of February
each year since its founding day in
2010. The week is dedicated to calling
on all countries to spread interfaith
harmony and goodwill.
Gideon Bibles Pulled from Guest
Rooms
The University of Wisconsin-
Extension has ended a decades-old
practice and pulled Gideon Bibles from
the 137 guest rooms. The action fol-
lowed a complaint from the Madison-
based Freedom From Religion Founda-
tion. While private hotels may choose
to put any type of literature in their
rooms, state-run colleges “have a con-
stitutional obligation to remain neutral
toward religion,” says UW-Extension,
foundation attorney Patrick Elliot.
United Nations Too Christian
A new study says that Christianity
dominates the United Nations and
more diversity is needed to increase
non-Christian representation in world
peacemaking. More than 70% of
religious non-government organiza-
tions (NGOs) at the UN are Christian.
Islam is represented more significantly
through a collective of states rather
than civil society NGOs, which are
dominated by Catholic groups, accord-
ing to the report.
Satanists Statue Alongside Ten
Commandments
In 2009 a privately funded Ten
Commandments monument was
placed on the Oklahoma Capitol
ground despite questions of constitu-
tionality and a lawsuit which has been
filed by the American Civil Union seek-
ing its removal. Now a New York-based
Satanic Temple has notified the state’s
Capitol Preservation Commission that
it wants to donate a monument. One
potential design involves a pentagram,
while another is meant to be an inter-
active display for children. e

The Coming Palestinian-Israeli Peace Accord
The Bible prophesies that a peace agreement will soon
be signed between Israel and the Palestinians. The
signing of this agreement will mark the beginning of
the Final Seven Years to the Battle of Armageddon
and the Second Coming of Jesus Christ.
Judea will Become a Palestinian State
Israel and the Palestinians are in negotiations right
now under the leadership of US Secretary of State
John Kerry to turn the area of Judea (The West Bank)
into a Palestinian state.
Many Jews will Remain in Judea
The Bible prophesies that, when a Palestinian-Israeli
peace agreement is signed, many of the 365,000 Jews
presently living in the area of Judea will remain there
living as a Jewish minority in the new Palestinian state.
The Coming Jewish Slaughter
Three and one-half years after this peace agreement is
signed something will ignite Palestinian anger toward
the Jews living among them. They will launch terrible
attacks against the Jews. Many will be killed.

The Jews of Judea are going to be blind-sided by this
terrible wave of slaughter. They don’t study the New
Testament, and therefore, they don’t know this
