•   San Mateo, CA :The following story is true without exaggeration of how one Realtor represented his clients in transforming a
    fixer/upper some of the neighbors thought would be torn down into a stunning home that attracted 7 offers , 6 that were over
    asking price within days of being listed.!


•   The Realtor was handed the keys to a house full of 40+ years of personal items and debris which he cleared 98% of himself in
    addition to physically removing/ tearing out old cabinets and the like, cleaning windows and repairing/replacing what he coul d
    to cut costs for the sellers.


•   The Realtor has seasoned relationships with most of the trades people hired (Former Career was in Construction 14+ Years)
    then went to work scheduling, negotiating and coordinating the work performed in all areas of the house from foundation to
    roof. In this project, a lot of demolition took place . The entire house was detailed inside and out! All the work completed to
    professional quality standards at reasonable prices. Hours were spent drafting addendums , work details/instructions for the
    work force hired..


•   The Sellers had near no involvement in the transformation of the entire project other than writing checks to pay the many
    people the Realtor hired. Before anyone was paid, the Realtor inspected the work. Under the Realtors watch the house
    transformation went smooth and turned out great with no drama in about 10 weeks from start to finish.
