fixer/upper some of the neighbors thought would be torn down into a stunning home that attracted 7 offers , 6 that were over

• The Realtor was handed the keys to a house full of 40+ years of personal items and debris which he cleared 98% of himself in
addition to physically removing/ tearing out old cabinets and the like, cleaning windows and repairing/replacing what he coul d
