builders, banks, trust companies and insurance

Architects Rasch Eckler Associates Ltd. (AREA) is a full
service architecture firm, operating throughout Ontario,
whose design expertise is in the redevelopment of
existing urban properties. AREA has a history of high
standards of architectural practice extending over 30
years. AREA provides a wide range of design solutions for
residential projects and particularly infill developments in
mature Toronto neighbourhoods. Through its experience
with historic neighbourhoods, AREA has expertise and
knowledge of the correct detail and proportions for
authentic traditional styles of domestic architecture. This
architectural firm also has considerable experience with
integrating new multi-residential developments within
existing streetscapes of major municipal roads, which will
be applicable to the Birchmount Gardens development.
Sirlin Giller & Malek Architects (SG&M) is an intermediatesized firm with a dedicated, technically skilled staff who
have extensive expertise in a full range of building types
including commercial, retail, hospitality, recreational and
residential (both single and multi-unit) developments.
SG&M Architects has specialized experience with middensity residential developments in the GTA. SG&M,
having well over 35 years of practice history, is committed
to contributing its architectural design and construction
knowledge to Birchmount Gardens.
Collectively both AREA and SG&M have considerable
experience in the design of low-rise residential
developments – including detached, semi-detached, infill,
townhome and stacked townhouse housing types – and
ensure that quality control and design for the end-users
are never compromised.
