   The beginning was welcomed by senior
    management in Haag-Heli and some of
    the coordinators of the program and thank
    them        for        this      estimate.
Welcome!
    Were taken at the beginning a
     clear idea of ​the following
              points:-
   General information
   Information about the training
    programme
   Materials
   Library Orientation
   IT‐Orientation
   Helsinki Islamic centre
   Transportation
CHARACTERISTICS OF
FINNISH WORK CULTURE
   Was to give us an idea about the
    characteristics of Finnish culture in the
    work and how it was successful and
    what are the reasons that have
    achieved success.
Education system in
Finland
   Was an idea of ​the historical
    development of education in Finland
    and how his career was over several
    decades to become a practical
    education in the forefront in the world.
    Where education for all and is free by
    the government.
Foundation for success in
VET institutions in
Finland
   Been identified on the education
    system in Finnish schools, and how
    legislation and standards that are
    based upon evaluation of the education
    and the freedom to choose the
    appropriate methods that lead to better
    education.
Conclusion
   A last resort that education in Finland
    is walking in the footsteps of a
    deliberate, sustained and encouraged
    by all educational institutions, whether
    government or private and this will
    lead to further progress and stability at
    the top of the list of global education
