Procedure
1. Mix the wheat flour , yeast and sugar in a beaker }pt
2. Add water a little at a time to the mixture and stir the mixture Pt 1

to form a paste.
3. (After that, take out of the beaker onto the work surface.
4. Knead the mixture of the paste and yeast.)
5. Fill the beaker with (the kneaded) dough.
6. Step 1 to 5 are repeated but no yeast is added - pt 2 Pt 3
7. Both beakers are left in a warm humid place for 20 minutes
8. The height of the dough is measured Pt 4
