What are superstitions?
Superstitions can be defined as, "irrational beliefs, especially with regard to the unknown" 
DO YOU BELIEVE IN SUPERSTITIONS?
Do you believe that if a certain thing happens it will change your luck?

Breaking a Mirror:According to Roman tradition, why seven years of bad luck for a broken mirror?It comes from an old Roman belief that every seven years, you're literally a new person. Be careful with the mirror. Breaking a mirror brings bad luck even for the next 7 years. Walking Under a Ladder American superstition - never walk under a ladder. It may be bad luck for you.

Lucky to meet a black cat. Black Cats are featured on many good luck greetings cards and birthday cards in England.
A horseshoe over the door brings good luckBut the horseshoe needs to be the right way upThe luck runs out of the horseshoe if it is upside down.
Putting money in the pocket of new clothes brings good luck.
