This document provides instructions and examples for creating different types of notifications and alerts in the Rules Manager of Maintenance Connection. It explains how to set up email notifications, text notifications, alerts that display on screen, and messages sent to the Message Center. Step-by-step examples are given for creating an email notification when a work order is completed and for sending an alert and message when a work order's priority changes. The document also describes hands-on practice for attendees to create their own email notification when a work order's status changes to cancelled.
