Following the terrorist attacks of 26/11 in Mumbai, London First led a senior delegation of security
experts to Mumbai. The team included Richard Barnes, Deputy Mayor of London and Chair of
the Independent Report into the Terrorist Attacks of 7/7, and Emily Landis Walker, 9/11
Commission. Keynote speakers from India included the Home Affairs Minister of the
