• 1. Ensure that the national plenary get a deep and full understanding of the national direction and mid
term evaluation of the 2015 goals
• 2. Shaping behaviors and building the skills necessary to drive the achievement of AIESEC 2015 to
ensure growth
• 3. Empowering (building) and sustaining the capacities of new generation of leaders’ and plan the
upcoming term.
• 4. Spread changes happening in the organization and getting equipped in managing and leading that
change.
• 5. Celebrate and reward most performing Local Committees and members throughout the year 1213

Shaping behaviors and building the skills necessary to drive the achievement of AIESEC 2015 to ensure growth • 3. Empowering (building) and sustaining the capacities of new generation of leaders’ and plan the upcoming term. • 4.
