3. Step 1 - Survey
• After your teacher has assigned you an iPad,
log onto the “Private” network
• Open Safari and type in the following address
– http://tinyurl.com/bt74kfx
– Complete the survey, make sure you mark that
you attend “Nicholas Orem”
4. iPad Update
• After you have finished
your survey, go to your
home screen and select
the “System
Preference” button
5. • Select the General
category on the left
hand side, then press
“Software Update”
8. • When this appears,
select “OK”
• The update process will
take a few minutes,
wait until the computer
completely resets
before you do anything
else
9. • When this button
appears, click “Install”
and let the iPad restart
• While this is taking
place, you can start to
put the covers on
