April 16 - 20 NAF Property Used property and equipment will be for sale to DoD ID card holders only,
April 23 - 27 Sale April 16 – 20, this first week and then open to the public, April 23 – 27, the
9 am – 3 pm second week of the NAF Property Sale. Recreational equipment, office
equipment, furniture, and much more will be priced to sell. CREDIT CARD
AND CASH ONLY ACCEPTED FOR PAYMENT. EVERYTHING SOLD AS-IS.

April 19 Annual Volunteer This annual event honors volunteers from Fort Drum. Presidential Volunteer
5 – 8 pm Ceremony Awards and Volunteer of the Year are presented at this cocktail event held at

April 20 21st Annual Come to the Commons to enjoy foods from around the world at this annual
4:30 – 8 pm International event to benefit the Fort Drum Volunteer Support Fund. Tickets at the door
Festival of Food are $15 for adults and $5 for children ages 3 - 11.

April 20 Teen Karaoke Teens in grades 7 – 12 can choose their favorite song, grab the mike, and have

April 21 Month Of The April is Month of the Military Child and Fort Drum has events to honor those
1 – 4 pm Military Child young heroes. CYS Services offers a carnival for children in grades one through
Carnival/ID and five in the Youth Center gym. Food, an inflatable bounce house, and games are
Safety Day some of the fun offered. ACS is also on hand with their Child Identification and
Safety event. A teddy bear clinic will give free checkups to fuzzy stuffed friends,
the Tooth Fairy, Pluggy the Fire Plug and McGruff the Crime Dog will be ready
to meet your child, and Emergency Services will assist families in completing

April 21 UFC Check out the Pay-Per-View UFC Fight Night at the Winner’s Circle Sports Bar
9 pm Compliments of at The Commons. Pre fight activities begin at 9 pm with the main event
BOSS beginning at 10 pm. Jones vs Evans for UFC 145 with free admission

April 23 – 27 Family and MWR Privately owned vehicles that have been abandoned on Fort Drum will be sold
10 am – 6 pm Abandoned at this silent auction. Vehicles can be viewed in the fenced lot at the corner of
Automobile Euphrates River Valley Road and Oneida Avenue, Fort Drum. All vehicles are
Auction sold in as-is condition. Sealed, dated and time-stamped bids of a minimum of
$300 will be accepted throughout the week at the viewing lot and at Family and
MWR Window on the second floor of Clark Hall between the hours of 8 am
and 4 pm April 23 – 27. All sealed bids will be opened on May 2 then high
bidders will be called. Winning bidders must pay for and remove vehicles from
the lot by May 8. Cash or Credit Card only will be accepted for payment.

2. April 23 – 27 Youth Center Youth in grades 7 – 12 are invited to attend with friends to compete in this
6 – 8 pm Billiards week long evening tournament for prizes and to see who is king of the cue.

April 25 Administrative Show the Administrative Professional in your office they are appreciated by
11 am – 1pm Proffessionals Day taking them to this special luncheon at the Commons. The menu includes maple

April 26 BOSS Gaming Video Game Roulette. Food and registration will begin at 5 pm with gaming
5 pm Tournament starting at 7 pm. Video game roulette will consist of various games and/or
gamily systems where contestants will spin a wheel to see which games they
will play and on what game system they will play on.

5 – 7 pm Right Arm Night Let your team know how much you appreciate them by inviting the whole
office to Right Arm Night at the Winner’s Circle located in the Commons. Free
hot snack bar and beverage specials along with pool and air hockey tables and

April 27 Indoor Paintball Youth 10 – 18 years of age can enjoy paintball inside in the Fort Drum Youth
6 – 9 pm Center’s inflatable arena. Cost is $5 for Youth Center Members and $10 for
Non-members. Membership at the Youth Center is free. This will be the last
Indoor Paintball session of the season which will resume in October.

April 28 Adventure Fishing Trip to local streams in search of the elusive brook trout. Cost is $20

April 28 GM Military The GM Military Discount Program, as primary sponsor of the Gary Sinise and
10 am – 3 pm Discount Tour the LT Dan Band concert, has events planned for the weekend of Sinise’s visit.
Ride and Drive On Saturday, April 28 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. the GM Military Discount Tour
Event Ride and Drive Event will set up shop in front of the Fort Drum Main Exchange
offering participants a chance to test drive vehicles and receive a $10 Visa Gift

April 29 GM Military GM Military Discount display will be set up in front of Magrath Sports
3 pm Discount Tour Complex. Concert-goers are invited to stop by before enjoying The Lt. Dan
Pre-Show Display Band to view four custom Camaro hoods each depicting one of the four
branches of the US Military and “The First Responder” Silverado, a custom
airbrushed vehicle depicting images honoring the heroes of 911, all painted by
renowned artist, Mickey Harris. Patrons visiting the GM Military Discount
Display will receive great giveaways, have fun at the video arcade, and can also
enter a drawing for a chance to win a pair of VIP Ticket upgrades to the

Fort Drum Family and MWR, The Gary Sinise Foundation, and GM Military
April 29 Gary Sinise and Discount Program are proud to present Gary Sinise and the Lt. Dan Band
6 pm The Lt. Dan Band performing at the Fort Drum Magrath Gym. Gary Sinise, the award winning
actor best known for his portrayal as LT. Dan in the movie, Forest Gump and
as Detective Mac Taylor in the television series, CSI: New York is bringing the
whole Lt. Dan Band to rock out Magrath Sports Complex Gym. The Lieutenant
Dan Band covers everything from classics to contemporary songs and more.
Even tunes from the 40′s big band era. There’s something for everyone and
each show highlights the musical diversity of the band, as well as the passion
and energy each member brings to the stage. Free tickets are available to
Active Duty Soldiers and Families through Military Unit representatives.
