Guest Speaker: Professor Bart Lipman
Abstract:
Economic theory is often criticized for being overly mathematical and detached from
reality. Bart Lipman, Professor of Economics, BU Economics Department Chairman, and
expert in game theory and decision theory, argues that the math is necessary and tat
being “detached from reality” is a good thing.
