It permits you to integrate your own newsletter layout templates with those of Magento. You can load and preview newsletter layouts simply by selecting one from a host of options. You can also modify and insert messages into pre-loaded layouts.

3. Open your Magento Admin Panel and follow
these steps:
1. Select Newsletter > Layout Template

4. 2. Select any layout from the grid to edit it. Click on
the Add Data button to create a new layout.

5. 3. You can browse your own layout, load it in a
“WYSIWYG” editor, or create a new layout using
“WYSIWYG”.
• Layout File Load: Browse for a layout file and load it.
• Layout Content : Insert widgets and/or images in the
layout content using the WYSIWYG editor.
• Layout style : Write style sheets for your layout.
• Layout Screen Shot : Browse screen shots.
• Preview Layout : See a preview of your layout.

6. 4. The same steps hold true for editing layouts.

7. 5. Select Newsletter > Newsletter Templates.

8. 6. Select the a newsletter from the grid to edit it. Click
on the Add New Template button to add a new
newsletter template.
• Select Layout : This field shows screen shots of existing
layouts. When you select one, its content is loaded in the
“WYSIWYG” editor.
• Preview Newsletter : Preview the newsletter.

9. 7. Select Newsletter > Import Subscriber.

10. 8. You can import subscribers category-wise from
here. Browse to your CSV file and click Save Data to
import subscribers. Your CSV should be in the
following format:

11. 9. Select Newsletter > Newsletter Templates.

12. 10. Select Queue Newsletter… from the Action field of
any newsletter row.
• Select Category : You can select the category to
which you want to send this newsletter
template.
