Office.
Job Profile:
 Reporting to the LinkedIn Workplace Manager.
 Responsible for the Security Personal, Fire safety at LinkedIn India Mumbai Office,
and the protection of Office assets as well.
 Manage relationships with clients, Employees, and key vendors.
 Recommend & implements of security & Administration related documentation.
 Surveillance and vigilance.
 Maintain Security & Administrative culture as per SOP.
 Supervise Security and Housekeeping Staff, assign /monitor work assignments and
provide training about Hygiene, Cleaning and as well as fire & safety.
 Petty cash maintain for day to day basis operation.
 Take Care of all LinkedIn asset and Follow up with AMC. Vendors (A/C, Plant
Services, Tea & Coffee Vending Machine, Fire Alarm Systems, Pest Control)for
schedule maintenance.
 Ensure that team maintains a critical eye on all aspects of floor physical care.
 Check all Security & Housekeeping Registers & Checklists Daily.
 Manage Vendors Invoices and send it to workplace Manager to process Payments.
 Looking after complete day to day facility operation for LinkedIn Mumbai Office.
 Ordering of Food and Beverage and stores as per requirement on daily basis.
 Maintaining hygiene for all Equipment.
 Maintain inventory for all Pantry goods on weekly schedules.
 Communicate with Workplace Manager regarding events, incidents, concerns of
Security & H.K. Team members, recommendations.
 Ensure implementation of security plan on ground.
 Check cleaning of entire office.
 Gains/maintains proficiency with Property’s fire detection and fighting system.
 Make sure all meeting room has cleaned and check all accessories are in own
place.
 Follow-up with breakfast vendor and if any special arrangement then do
arrangement for the same.
