4. Drug and alcohol testing methodology
Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
Pre-employment drug testing can be conducted
as part of a normal health check when a job
applicant has been short-listed for a position.
Cause Testing
Cause testing is used when managers or
supervisors have cause to question an employee’s
fitness for work.

5. Drugs and alcohol education and awareness
Education / Awareness & Training is an essential component
of your Drug and Alcohol Management Program (DAMP).

DAMP. This process can include special sessions for
