SECTION A – Audience & Producers

Previous exam questions have asked:

“How important are film franchises for producers and
                                audiences?”

“What can be done to attract bigger audiences to UK films?”

‘The current revolution in technology is changing the way both
producers and audiences think of film and the film experience’
                 – How far do you agree with this statement?

“What factors contribute to a films success or failure at the box
                                   office?”
Fm2 - Section A
SECTION A – Audience & Producers

• Each process a film goes through from conception to Blu-
    Ray
• Film Stars and their role in Hollywood
• Reason for a films success or failure
• Film Technologies
• Role of the Audiences
Fm2 - Section A
SECTION A – Audience & Producers

The questions you will be presented with will be generic
questions about one of the areas covered in the last slide

For example
“What factors contribute to a films success or failure at the box
                                    office?”

You will be EXPECTED to use your OWN CASE STUDIES to
answer this question and refer to films that you have studied

As a result we will be continually carrying out case studies so
when you enter the exam you will have detailed examples for
each possible scenario
