Pete Doherty This photo shows Pete Doherty with a cat on his shoulder, its a good composition because it is very simple and the background is just a black screen so its easy to see what the focal point of this photo, you know that your supposed to look at Pete and the cat, also it follows the rule of thirds as they are slightly off centre. The lighting in the photo works well as well as the face is in the light and the areas around have shadow so it draws you into his face. Also the way the light is reflecting off there eyes really draw you into them, the eyes in this photo are very bold and really draw you in.
