Agile und Scrum klingen sehr einfach, aber es ist nicht einfach, es gut zu machen. Das lohnt sich aber: Teams können schrittweise zu sehr hoher Performance kommen. Dazu müssen einige Prinzipien beachtet werden und wir müssen uns schrittweise verbessern, bis wir diese Versprechungen einlösen können.
