There are dozens of blogs and free webinars that are helpful for non profits looking to start or enhance their social media presence. The first step in your strategy is to think about your audience – is this going to be for your mentors, your mentees, both? Is this going to be used primarily for recruitment or for public awareness about your program? What social media platforms are you going to use? How much time can you designate to Social Media?
