E-commerce in China has faced a bigger challenge of on the mode of payment over the web as this goes against the legal practices in China. Supply chain management is the act of controlling procurement and delivery of business products and services to customers. Supply chain management improves the customer services, for example, reducing the cost and delivering the right product and delivering them to the required place. E-commerce aims at providing products to the customers at a lower cost and within a short period and also it aims at trying to create a world-class experience for its clients with the aid of the newly developed technology in the world which improves day by day. The supply chain management is the primary support of the E-commerce conducting its operation of providing the right products, right place and at the right time (Botha and Bothma, 2008). The Internet is integrated with the supply chain network which exists in the market so as to attract more customers. Some of the significant roles played by E-commerce over supply chain management include: E-commerce helps to create confidence and improve satisfaction in doing business on the internet. E-commerce provides its services and products online to its customers. The enterprise itself provides means in which the customers give out their feedback, question or any complaint regarding the goods and services. It ensures there is responsibility within the enterprise distributors and the suppliers. E-commerce helps in providing interactions between the company and the customers and its trading partners. The major objective of the e-commerce is to develop a clear and free interaction of the customers with the supply management all over the country. It is done through the provision of reliable means of exchanging messages over the internet which improves the business activity of delivery of the products and services.
