because of lack of confidence
fail to achieve their goals. We
also meet people who failed at
school but who through
confidence in their abilities
have gone on to build very
successful businesses and very
successful lives in every way.

3. Confidence Building Blocks
.Write what would be an ideal
week for you. Write in what
you would be doing in each
area i.e. Physical, Spiritual,
Mental, Career, Financial,
Family and Social. Feel
confident and successful, as
you are involved in writing
each activity.

4. Write a list of what you
love and enjoy doing. Do
one of these each day
with the result you will
feel happier and more
confident. This could be
pampering yourself with a
massage.

5. Trust yourself and have
confidence in your
ability to make correct
decisions. Trust your
own abilities and
knowledge

6. Exercise daily doing
something you enjoy. It
can be as simple as a
ten-minute walk. Avoid
people and situations that
drain your energy. As your
energy levels grow so will
your confidence.

7. Eat wholesome food as
what you eat can affect
your moods. Check to see
how much wholesome foods
are part of your diet. Watch
your moods lift and
confidence grow as you
eliminate most of the
unwholesome foods. Trust
your intuition as to what
your body needs. 7
8. Play, each day laugh
and do some fun
activity. Watch a funny
video, go to the beach
or hang out with
friends. As you laugh
and feel good you will
also feel more
confident.

9. Express feelings of
appreciation and
gratitude. Make a list of
the people you want to
thank. Make a gratitude
list; list everything for
which you are grateful.

10. Take a risk. Do
something that is out of
your comfort zone such
as joining a writing or art
class. Feel that you can
confidently achieve this
as you stretch you mind
and imagination.

these blocks to build a new
more confident you, or you
could choose to use the
blocks which are most
missing in your life.
