When we talk, we normally mean the
“physical” health. Unhealthy and
healthy are restricted to have a flu,
headache, heart problems, etc. or no.
However, “a state of complete
physical, mental and social well being
and not merely the absence of
disease or infirmity” is more
appropriate.
