3. 二年期計畫構想
本計畫以計畫參與式學習(Project-Participation-Based Learning)的思維,將理論性的授課內
容,以實作的方式呈現,期望在計畫結束時,能夠完成「數位科技與公民參與」學程,做為下
個計畫的基礎。
規劃數個 「計劃參與式」 的課程, 先導引同學們參與 Project Gugenberg, Wikipedia,
OpenStreetMap, ... 等等共創共享計畫, 再透過學生親身的體驗, 借以闡述 web 2.0, 自由文化, 智慧
財產權, 數位監控, ... 等等較抽象的觀念。
28. 並不熱烈,本課程希望藉由對於自由軟體本質與其相關社會議題的探討, 使學生能夠在參與自
由軟體推行時,對其的體會不是「一種軟體」,而是一種社群分享出來的資源,是建立在互
