II. Multiple Order Email
Multiple Order Email is a product which is used to improve the email confirmation
system of your Magento store. It allows you to send better confirmation emails to different
customers at the same time. The content of these emails may differ from each other in customer
groups or product categories and you can easily create multiple email templates in the backend.
III. Configuration setting
After the installation is successfully conducted, you need to do initial setup for this new
extension. Login your magento admin panel and go to System > Configuration > >Multiple
Order Email or directly go to Multiple Order Email on the menu bar
You will see only one setting group as following:

1. Manage order email template:
This feature allows you to create new email templates & edit the existing ones.
1.1 Create a new email template:

There are three smaller groups for you to complete before installing this new template:
- Information: This tab allows you to fill the innitial neccessary details for the email templates
like name, priority and specific notes. Moreover, you can define priority for each email template.

- Conditions (Email rules):
Obviously, there are a number of items available in your Magento store. Also, customers coming
to your shop belong to different groups. You can assign one or more customer groups & product
categories for each email template.

- Email template:
You are provided with ability to apply any appropriate existing content to the new template.

1.2 Edit an existing email template
Should you have already got a certain number of email templates, you can use them
immediately or click on “Edit” if you wish to make some changes.

So you may wonder how to input full information for your email templates. Make it easy by
going to System > Transaction emails.

2.1 Email template interface
As you can see, there are several email templates available in your panel already. Here is an
example of a complete email template in the backend. You can make the email upgraded by
changing any of its content.

2.2 How to add content to email templates
 Load default template:

- Template: There are different default emails set for multiple sections that require to send email
confirmation or notice to customers after their purchases.
- Locale: Select the country you are locating at.
Click on “Load Template” and complete your job.
 Template information
If the default email template can not speak out your message, you can create a new one.

- Template name: Input any name that allows you to easily manage the email template system.
- Template subject: Insert a title for your email template
- Template content: Add your message to the body of the template so that customers will see it
when the email is sent.
- Template style: Make your email be displayed in a good-eyecatching interface
