Now, as I promised earlier, I told you that I’d give you the 4 leverage points that shifted my
business into 6 figures. Let me tell you one thing for now, I wish I’d known about these when I first
started out online, as it would have saved me years of heartache and stress as you’ll later find out.
Here’s the thing, I tried affiliate marketing and I also tried creating my own products. Both took me
a VERY long time to work out how to do profitably. In fact, I ended up $40,000 in debt after my

Creating Your Own Products
I’m something of a master at product creation, and if you go to MOBEOffice.com (which is where I
have all my products) you'll see something like 20 products I created. Here’s a screenshot of some

Now I find it easy, but, it wasn't always like that. When I first started out, I decided to create my
first ebook around mid 2009. However, one year on, I still hadn’t done more than 5 pages... that's
what you call procrastination. I wanted to have my own product so I could keep all the money. But,
as I’ve already explained, it was tough going!
I knew to make real money, I was going to have to really challenge myself and not procrastinate.
When I eventually did create my first product, I put myself into a situation where I had to deliver 7
webinars, over the course of 9 days. I thrive under pressure and I knew if I put this pressure on
myself, I’d be able to deliver... but being me, I left it till the last moment each time.

We start off collecting a lead ‐ a simple email address. You want to start off asking for a very small

we want to offer them the very best benefit of joining our email subscriber list. In this case, I’m
going to teach them marketing. I’m going to share with them how I’ve been able to make up to
$4,000 a day, get a ton of leads, etc. I won’t share that all in one go, but, as they stay subscribed
to my newsletter, I will reveal everything over time.
They opt in, and start receiving a 45 day automated email follow up sequence.
Week 1: The ‘inner circle’
Around week 1, we invite them to attend a live webinar. It’s actually an automated webinar,
designed to simulate a live one. But it’s live in the sense it plays only once per day…
