I have been to countless seminars and heard people? At the conclusion of a quarter, their earnings
are reported by banks. Another thing that you will wish to do is to go for a drive across the land.

bank officer you're closest to about a month ahead of time and let him or her know that you would
be willing to take several under-performing assets off their hands and would like to look at what they
have.
Team up with lawyers : There are several lawyers who handle property sales on behalf of sellers or
in special circumstances ( like the death of the property owner ). They would often be looking to
dispose off the property rather quickly and therefore at a reasonable price. Be the 1st one to grab
such real-estate investing opportunities and enjoy the profits.
