AUTOMATION SOLUTIONS FOR PRODUCTION LINES Electric Cabinet The automation solution is built around a PLC logically programmed, representing the "brain" of the application. The PLC will receive field data from sensors and equipment, will analyze their results, and will send commands to certain components of the application. The automation process controls box transporting from the packing area, handling them through a palletizing robot, transporting the pallets to the wrapping area of safety. Pneumatic Cabinet Hosts pneumatic control used for pusher-type, stopper, lift axle devices. Pneumatic cabinet contains: pneumatic stopper for box separation, mechanical accessories, air preparing devices, valves, pneumatic hose, pneumatic fittings and accessories. Electro-pneumatic centering device that assures the boxes are full when palletizing (centers and ensures a pallet at the palletizing area). Pneumatic elements as stopper and pusher for organizing boxes on pallets, optical sensors for detection and control at the palletizing station, customized conveyor guides. Cardboard separators magasine It comprises an aluminium frame, where the operator will load a stack of cardboard, and a fixed point cardboard delivery system, consisting of pneumatic axles, and vacuum. All these components will be controlled by the central PLC. (To shorten the time of cardboard delivery, we chose the fixed point delivery way. Thus, in this configuration, the robot takes cardboard from a fixed point, no matter how high the stack of cards in the magasine is). Safety Safety zone is a key component of the application, with the important role to protect operators and maintenance staff work from injuries. The safety area of the application includes the robot area, surrounded by a protection fence, with interlocks mounted on the doors, and emergency buttons (E-Stop), which immediately stop the operation of certain equipment (equipment, conveyors, pneumatics, etc) in case of danger.
