This Project is used in Bottling Plants like Coca-Cola, Pepsi etc to fill the Beverages into the bottle automatically. The empty bottles are moved in the conveyor Belt and with the help of proximity sensors we can detect the position and stop the movement of the belt. Then a relay is energized to actuate the flow of Liquid. The flow is stopped when a maximum level is detected through another sensor (IRE IRD). After filling the conveyor movement starts again and this process gets repeated.

1. PLC's for Bottle Filling Station with Conveyors

2. Dc Motor:
The internal configuration of a DC motor is designed to harness the
magnetic interaction between a current-carrying conductor and an external
magnetic field to generate rotational motion.
Fire Sensor:
An LDR is used as a fire sensor in this project.
Mechanical Model
` A mechanical model is built with the help of stepper motor like a
conveyor,
in which the batteries are placed.
