Mijn presentatie ging over de gevolgen van de opkomende digitale muziekcultuur voor muzikanten en de muziekindustrie. Ik behandelde kort de nieuwe mogelijkheden die digitale technologie�n � in combinatie met netwerktechnologie � muzikanten bieden en de (economische) gevolgen hiervan voor het traditionele distributiemodel dat de muziekindustrie hanteert. Via ontwikkelingen omtrent het auteursrecht en een veranderende notie van creativiteit, kom ik uiteindelijk tot een � nog prille � karakterisering van de opkomt van een nieuwe �authentieke� muzikant: De CyberIndie.
