With over 1,300 lots now sold, The Glades at Byford continues to be the most sought
after new community in the locality.
In response to strong sales of all products, three exciting new releases have been
brought forward as part of The Glades ‘Triple Treat’ release.
The releases are located in the precincts of Icaria, Coral Gardens and Woodland Grove
and will go on sale to LWP Advantage Members on Saturday 24th
October and the
general public one week later.
According the Ms Kelli Howell, Project Manager at The Glades, “Each precinct has its
own identity and special urban design features, the release will have appeal to first home
buyers as well as second and subsequent home buyers.”
In Icaria, eleven small traditional and traditional homesites will be released, ranging in
size from 390sqm – 571sqm and priced from $199,000. These homesites are located in
close proximity to the variety of public open spaces, which Icaria is well known for.
“The precinct of Icaria draws its inspiration from the well-balanced, healthy lifestyle that
is at the heart of The Glades and these new homesites are within an easy walking
distance to our new Icaria Parklands, complete with outdoor play space for the kids and
the first of our fitness nodes,” Ms Howell said.

At The Glades Dress-Circle precinct of Coral Gardens, four homesites ranging in size
from 630sqm – 748sqm will be on offer.
These homesites, priced from $277,000, represent the best of the best, according to Ms
Howell.

“Coral Gardens has been inspired by the mature stands of red-flowering Coral Trees

The final precinct included in the release is in Woodland Grove, named after the
Woodland family, Jarrahdale residents whose son Cyril fought in the first World War and

The five family sized homesites in this release range in size from 445sqm – 450sqm and
are priced from $212,000.

Ms Howell said.
The Glades is conveniently and centrally located in Byford, just 35 minutes from Perth.

Highway. The senior high school is now open, and Salvado Catholic College is due to
open in the New Year and a new Government primary school in 2017.
The Glades also last month won the Urban Development Institute of Australia’s
