including works like roads, bridges, canals,

7. The Germans Heike
Mutter and Ulrich Genth
decided to build a roller
coaster in Germany,
which will allow people to
walk on feet.
The idea is really paradoxical because
roller coasters are closely linked to high
speeds, while walking is linked to lower
speeds. It was this contrast that gave it
its name: Tiger and Turtle

8. The chosen localization for the
construction was the highest
peak in the park Heinrich-
Hildebrand-Höhe in Duisburg,a
strategic point where it’s
possible to see the curves as a
signature supported over the
hill, bringing instantaneously to
mind the thought of dynamics
and speed.

9. However, as we approach the Tiger and
Turtle, it’s surprising to discover that the
roller coaster is all made of stairs. The
curves are paths full of staircases made to
be hiked on feet. The visitor goes up on a
path that reaches the highest point (45
meters), where he can enjoy a wonderful
view of the Ruhr area.
