Introdução Tempos Atuais Mudanças significativas nos meios “ Na educação ocorreu uma mudança paradigmática de fora para dentro, causada pela introdução das Tecnologias da Informação e da Comunicação (TICs).” (Behar, 2009) Educação a Distância não só como uma nova modalidade de ensino, mas também como uma possibilidade de facilitar o acesso de um maior número de pessoas, diminuindo custos, fornecendo didática diferenciada e agilizando o processo de ensino aprendizagem político, social, organizacional, ecológico, conhecimento, tecnológico e de valorização do homem. Panorama do Estabelecimento da EaD Virtual Imprescindível que haja o preparo profissional de tutores em EaD Virtual, agentes educacionais desta mudança. Objetivo da Monografia Apresentar o projeto de um curso a distância destinado à formação de tutores em EaD virtual/design instrucional do mesmo.

Dados Específicos do Projeto do Design Instrucional Contratada: Potencial EaD Consultoria Ltda Formular um curso de “Extensão Universitária em Treinamento de Tutores em EaD “ Forma de Atuação Interativa, utilizando-se de recursos comunicacionais, didáticos e metodológicos eficazes na modalidade de educação a distância virtual e, refletir sobre os fatores motivacionais na EaD e estabelecer aprendizagem na perspectiva do trabalho colaborativo. Público Alvo Graduados e graduandos em licenciaturas, que tenham disponibilidade de 1 hora a 1 hora e meia de estudos diários. Contratante: SUNDAP Preparação de 40 alunos/professores para atuarem na modalidade de EaD Virtual

Capítulo 2 – Análise do Design Instrucional do Curso Recursos de Design Aulas 2 a 3 horas cada, seguindo uma cronologia do conteúdo introdutório, ao mais complexo, atingindo o mais complexo, ou seja, os estudos de caso. As atividades buscam realizar a sondagem do desenvolvimento do processo educativo: Fórum de discussão Fomentar a aprendizagem interativa junto ao grupo Dinâmicas Estabelecer uma aprendizagem lúdica Questionários Interativos On Line Fornecer respostas rápidas e automáticas Estudos de Caso Vivenciar a prática da tutoria on line. “ Contextos de aprendizagens mais autênticos que convidam os alunos a tomar decisões inteligentes, combinando ação e reflexão”.
