You also have to remember the most important factor for dropping stomach fat to see your abs is actually from the
nutrition arena. Regardless of how hard you workout, if you don't eat correctly, then your abdominals will be covered with
ugly fat. Nutrition is without a doubt the "king of getting a six pack".
