Creating a Buyer Friendly Space
      De-clutter: Remove knick-knacks, magazines, shelf clutter, table
       clothes/doilies, most artwork

      De-personalize: Remove family pictures, trophies

      Let the light shine in – remove heavy curtains

      Showcase hardwood floors

      Make rooms look large – remove excess furnishings and leaves
       from dining room table

      Neutralize/deodorize: Paint in neutral colors, use air purifiers

      Control pet and child areas: toys, litter boxes, food bowls

      Stage key areas; purpose each room
