organization must apply these simple

available throughout the process in
order for training to successful.
› Company guidelines must be established
› Manuals must be available
› Goals need to be set and attainable
3. Designate team trainers, or a trainer to
ensure consistency, accountability are
established and current.
› Trainers need to be goal orientated and
brand positive.
4. Training program needs to be
implemented by a solid foundation and
yet adaptable to changes with the
company.
› Changes need to follow the right change of
command, so trainers can update and make
the needed changes correctly.
› This is where a training program can be lost.
5. Upper Management involvment
› Management must have a way to track and
follow on the results of all new hires and
employees attending any form of training
throughout the organization.
› Designate the chain of command for the
trainer
6. Types of training need to be determine
to ensure the best possible outcome is
attainable:

Hands on
Or a combination of any or all

monitor, evaluate progress of the
individual or group to make changes
needed.

progressing and retaining information. This

9. Follow up
› Continuing to track

Certain quantity or quality of production
Individuals understand there job title/job

Feedback is presented to the trainees
10. Continued and/or updated training as
needed!!
