When we travel, we bring our whole country with us--that is our baggage. I'm a transplant from the Philippines. My baggage on collaboration is "Bayanihan" which means the spirit of unity in an effort to achieve a common objective. The evolving relationships in collaboration have an element that becomes the unifying force in a given point in time. --- Some images downloaded from internet are under the CC attribution.

- Introduction - Inherited Collaboration That&#x2019;s me in the corner! What sort of baggage did I bring with me when I joined the Taliesin community. The most striking is the concept of Bayanihan - a Filipino tradition referring to a spirit of communal unity or effort to achieve a particular objective. Literally, the process involves carrying a house to its new location.

The leadership structure was vertical with him being the dominant collaborator and his apprentices the pencils in his hand. - Conclusion - Altered Collaboration The most striking is the concept of Bayanihan - is now altered with embedded information. In the current project I&#x2019;m doing, collaboration can be composed of QR codes embedded, iPhone or iPad (Hey, it&#x2019;s the same thing anyway, only the size is different, right?) will give casual observers an understanding of bayanihan, diversity will dominate the group dynamics (women, minority, etc.)
