This document outlines a plan to launch a protective environment program led by a Vietnamese student. The goals are to plant more trees, collect waste, and advocate for environmental protection. The plan is to start a movement to plant trees in schools and neighborhoods, collect household and neighborhood waste, and provide information to help people understand the importance of protecting the environment and how a clean atmosphere benefits everyone. The expected results are to have a cleaner environment, prevent disease, and educate everyone on how to protect the environment.
