1. Run through the Audio Setup Wizard.
2. Make sure you can hear some sound from your PC or someone speaking in
Adobe. If you do, then your headset is plugged in correctly.
3. Check whether your microphone works in Skype or record your voice with the
Windows recorder
4. Enable the mic boost in Windows (this however is easier said than done)
5. Make sure your headset is plugged in before you enter the virtual classroom.
Especially USB is tricky and Adobe does not switch devices easily. Exit the
room and come back.

library and share content from their computer, including Adobe® Presenter
presentations (PPT or PPTX files), Flash® application files (SWF files), images
(JPEG files), Adobe PDF files, MP3 files, and FLV files.
2. PowerPoint animations are possible but no embedded videos
3. Links in PowerPoint and pdf documents do work and are active.

1. Adobe‘s screen sharing is unmatched and it screen shares beautifully
websites, 3D worlds and even videos. When screensharing a video however,
keep in mind that the audio will not be transmitted unless you change to
stereomix in the sound settings.
2. To understand screen sharing is not so easy because you (the presenter) sees
something different than your audience. Your audience continues to see your
webcam, the attendee list and the chat and they will see your computer
screen inside the Share Pod, at times very small. You do no longer see the
meeting room interface.If you minimise Adobe completely , then you will see
the text chat appear as pop-ups. If you keep Adobe open, perhaps behind a
window, then you will not see the pop-ups.
