5. The Europe Yard is built on 6500 m2 area, where public places are located on3500 m2 area and the whole built territory size is 25 000 m2. There are 50 houses and flats, 50 offices and 100 shops in the building estate. There is a huge shopping mall under the large square, which looks like a shoping centre with boutiques and garages.
