XO-Venue Booking System

1. Instruction for Odd/Even Weeks
(Alternative Week) Venue Booking
Step 1
Select the venue that you want to book and the date.

2. Step 2
Click on “Timing” that you wish to book.
For example if you wish to choose 9.15am for Computer Lab 2, you will have to click on 9.15am box that
meant for Computer Lab 2.
Click on the selected time to book your slot for the venue.
Step 3
You may be prompted to login for Venue Booking
Login using your Xmoogle account

3. Step 3
3.1 Type in “Brief Description”
3.2 The date refers as your starting date that you want
the venue to start booking.
3.3 Reconfirm the time and the duration that you
require for the selected venue.
3.4 Select “N-Weekly”
3.5 Refers as the End Date where you
want the booking to stop
3.6 In “Repeat Day (for weekly or n-weekly)”, this indicates the repeating day that you wish the booking
to fall on. For instance, if your Venue is on Tuesday, you should check “Tuesday” box.
3.7 To ensure that the booking is properly falls on alternative week, under “Number of Week (for a
weekly”), you MUST type in “2”.
Remember to save your setting.
Note: You must take note of the term break which will reset the timetable back to week 1 (Odd week
type).

4. For instance, if you book the venue on 29 June 2010 (Tuesday), the next day that will be booked is on 13
July 2010 (Tuesday).
Venue: Computer Lab 2,
Time: 815a.m to 915a.m
Week 1 Schedule
Repeated booking on 13 July 2010, Tuesday.
No booking is made on even week (For example, 6 July 2010, Tuesday)
