House number 3 went to young couple with a baby, he teaches elementary school, she does diabetes research at Yale. Their dream, to convert the house back to a one family as their family grows. Sorry of Fran getting them to come to the neighborhood. All 3 deemed fully qualified by a reputable mortgage provider.
