2. What is Lead To Win Women? LTW-W was established in the spring of 2011, it is a partnership between Lead To Win, NRC-IRAP and Carleton University The goal is to help women start or grow businesses Our target members are women developing high growth, high potential businesses We provide a variety of services from education, to mentoring, networking opportunities, as well as access to key resources to help drive innovation and growth
3. Who are our target members? Women entrepreneurs in any sector Women who would like to start a company Women founders of existing businesses The common factor is that they must be interested in growth i.e increase both revenues and hiring employees
4. What if I’m already running a business? Great, we want to help you grow We have a variety of program elements that provide value to established women entrepreneurs For example, we provide access to an ecosystem that includes successful business owners, academics and government where women founders can find the answers they need to drive success
5. What does Lead To Win Women offer its members? Access to a resource pool that you can use to solve problems related to business growth Networking with like-minded founders at the same growth stage as your firm If you are facing a difficult business issue, we can find the help you need We provide support and mentoring Regular seminars on topics of importance to women founders
