SAMS elite, is an effective app for easily tracking & managing Employee
Attendance. Sams eLite provides real time access to Attendance where the
users can view Attendance data, apply leave , manual punches.
The main Users of the application are the Managers and Employees of the
Organization.

3. Role Based Access To Information
 Manager/User who has Employees reporting can
• View Self and Team Attendance details.
• View Self and Team Attendance related Reports.
• Apply and view Leave and Manual Punch Applications
of Team members.
• Approve/ Reject Team’s Leave and Manual punch applications of Team members.
• Check current Location of Team members by viewing their last punch details.
• View Attendance data in form of standard Charts(Pie Chart and Time Chart).
 Employee can
• Apply Leave.
• Mark Attendance from anywhere using Manual Punch module.
• View Attendance Report.

4. Dashboard
Information displayed on the DASHBOARD is also restricted based on the role of the User. Each user
sees the Dashboard according to their access level to information.

• View only Self Attendance details. • View Self Attendance details.

and of Reporting Employees.
