1. MARCH 3, 2011 THURSDAY.
PROCESS JOURNAL SMOOTH MY DOORSTOP
WHAT I DID TODAY?
Today I started to smooth my doorstop, when i touch my doorstop, I
feel really uncomfortable. because the doorstop was really concavo-convex.
So i used garnet paper to smooth my doorstop. Then i used half-round files to
make the doorstop shape better.
EMOTION:
I feel really tired today, because i used all those materials by moving my
hands and arm, and I also feel how important to make the workshop clean.
Mr. Anderson asked us to clean up all those painting stuff we have used to
make the room clean, and we need to wash everything clean.
CHANGES TO MY PLAN:
Actually, I don’t have so many changes in my plan. I thought I don’t
need to used garnet paper, but Grace said that if i don’t smooth my doorstop
it will be looks really messy when i paint on it.
WHAT NEXT:
I think i will smooth a little bit more and i will start to paint my doorstop
in next lesson.
WHY:
The reason why i smooth my doorstop is that my doorstop will looks
really messy.
AOI:
I THINK ONE OF THE AOI WAS RELATED TO OUR CLASS TODAY WAS
HUMAN INGENUITY, BECAUSE WE ARE HUMAN AND WE ARE MAKING STUFF, AND
ALSO COMMUNICATE AND SERVICE, BECAUSE WE WERE TALK TO OUR
CLASSMATES AND TEACHERS ABOUT THE PROJECT WE WERE DOING. I THINK I
NEED TO MAKE THE CUT BETTER. I HOPE I CAN DO BETTER NEXT TIME.
