Founder, Chief Strategic Officer, Acting CEO: Formed and incorporated Motorious Motors, a research & development LLC in
1997, and Motorious, Inc., a holding company in 1999. Provided seed funding of $1MM for Series A and raised Series B private
round. Through SEMA: The Specialty Equipment Marketing Organization, an industry trade group, met with other companies in the
industry (automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, parts suppliers, warehouse distributors, independent jobbers) regarding a plan to
consolidate and roll-up distribution of the $30 billion U.S aftermarket for customizing automobiles, with a primary focus on the three
tiers of the used car market. Composed and filed U.S. Patent Application Number 09/854,347: System and Method of Creating and
Assembling Mass Customized Multi-Component Articles in 2002 and prosecuted method patent until 2008. Created a manufacturing
assembly, distribution and consumer retail brand franchise plan, based upon the basic tenets of large scale game theory.

entitled Buy-O-Tech™.
Research Analyst: Responsible for maintaining and expanding the universe of stocks covered by previous analyst. Attended medical
and basic science conferences (ACC, AHA, ASCO, ICCAC), cultivated sources in the industry and at the FDA. Published both
company reports and industry reports. Followed and published on approximately ten companies.
Research Associate: Hired to support one of the top ranking biotechnology analysts. Responsible for creating and maintaining
databases on companies in the industry, building and updating financial models and projections, and researching product development
data in peer review journals: New England Journal of Medicine, Journal of the American Medical Association, Science, Nature,
Lancet. Ghost authored morning call notes, and co-authored several company reports.
