I’m always surprised to find blogs that have not taken the time to do on-
page SEO (search engine optimization.
And what’s even worse is the writing doesn’t make me wanna help them at all. On-page SEO is one of the simplest ways to for
the search engines to find you.
Think of it as your blog post is a needle…
And the search engines have to find you in that haystack.
Some post are so blatantly obvious as to what the post is about that the search engines will drive you to the top because they
know that’s what people want. Google prides itself on giving people what they’re looking for. That’s what on-page SEO is about
So use these on-page SEO tips to give yourself a little boost.
Although I can’t do anything about your writing. You just have to keep on writing.
On-Page SEO Tip # 1: Find a keyword and use it at least 1-3% of the time. I’ve heard you can use the keyword up to 5% of the
time, but be wary. The search engines will think that you’re spamming your blog post and disregard it.
On-Page SEO Tip #2: Use headers. Headers not only breaks up the flow of your blog post, but also adds a little more flavor to
your blog post. Use headers 1-3 in your blog post. Be sure to your keyword in the headers.
On-Page SEO Tip #3: Use keyword in the first and last sentence. Let the search engines what you’re talking about. They should
see it in the first and last sentence. I’m sure you can find a creative way to figure that out.
On-Page SEO Tip #4: Use images with the alt tag. Everyone loves a picture, so give them something to look at besides words.
In your image, you will see an alternate tag. Place your keyword in that tag and you will further optimize your post.
On-Page SEO Tip #5: Bold, italicize, and underline your keyword. Although this may sound a little repetitive, remember your
optimizing for robots, not people. Also, breaking up the flow of your blog post with some different word formats help.

On-Page SEO Tip #6: Use your keyword as an anchor text, or hyperlink. Don’t look at me funny; this is actually REALLY simple.
Take your keyword and hyperlink it to another webpage. There really is nothing else to say about this.
On-Page SEO Tip: 7: Use rel=nofollow tags for any hyperlinks that aren’t within your website. If you are linking to another site,
you should use the nofollow tag to keep the robots scrolling your site.
On-Page SEO Tip #8: Use an internal link to another one of your blog post. What this does is it helps the search engines scroll
your content for more information and pushes your whole website up the authority ranks.

writing your own post now. When you get a lot of traffic and start making a lot of money, you’ll be able to pay someone to
do your SEO.
